I had found the cutest angel wall decoration and really wanted to buy it but when I went to check out I notice there was someone at the counter with a lot of items and only one cashier, then I noticed there was a couple in line with a big cart full of stuff. I figured we could get behind the couple but then two people quickly came up behind the couple and they had a lot of items. Mom was hurting and with only one cashier it would be a good 15+ min. wait I theorized. I hated to do it but I put down that cute angel wall decoration and we left. They have fancy purses, clothes up the wazu, housewares, books, furniture, on and on. A riding scooter and more cashiers would bump this to a 5 star. I highly recommend a visit.

They're decorated for the holidays and had a large amount of holiday-themed housewares and all manner of fun kitsch, and we found a wreath (with mini-lights and music) that we had to have. The manager refused to check the cameras even to the cops!!! I called the police and filed a police report because I felt I had no other option. What made the situation even more upsetting was being told they were going to call the police on me after I reported what had happened. From my perspective, this situation was handled very poorly. I expected a thrift store that serves the community to take my concerns seriously and help resolve the issue, not make me feel like I was the problem. Because this matter is now being pursued through the proper channels, I'll let the facts speak for themselves. I hope the store reviews its policies and takes customer concerns more seriously in the future. The police officer said this thrift store is known for crime and low life employees and thieves. Then proceeded to tell me. I should never come back here because it's too dangerous so I'm passing the message of danger on to anybody who reads this. They will pray upon you. One, you could never get a call back or a response in messenger. Very hard to work with someone when communication is one way. Checks were to be ready on the 10th of each month, with a sales report sent via email. I left self addressed stamped envelopes to have my check mailed because it was a 45 minute drive one way to get there. I don't think my check was ever mailed on time, and each month you would wait and wait for a sales report. One month she was too busy to get checks out on time. I always felt that vendors came last. I gave her my 30 day notice prior to leaving. Granted, it was in December when I was leaving. But, I left a message the night before I was picking up, on the vendor facebook page. Her response was that my inventory would be left in boxes, in the alley. So, my inventory sat in an alley all night. I had 4 boxes out there. Once I got settled and checked in what was there, and what I had sold had been also checked off my inventory list, I was missing around $1200 in product. And I had a handful of pieces that didn't belong to me. I contacted the owner and her response was that there is nothing she can do. But if she comes across any, she would let me know. As for what I received that didn't belong to me, no response. I have reached out a few times since and it's radio silence. Yes, she has a beautiful store, and with the amount of stock, it can be overwhelming for a shopper. As a vendor, I do not recommend this place. I say, stay far away.

Everything was cluttered around. I went to the household items to look for some items, and all I saw was junk. There was a lot of old and rusty items stocked, which was strange. I would never take some of these items even if they were free! Most of it should not have been put on the shelf. We found absolutely nothing. We saw one cute figurine, but it was broken and they wanted $6 for it. No thanks. I do not want to pay for broken items that are not even worth $6 fixed. We walked around a bit more and to be honest we saw more junk. They had a bunch of larger household items and garage items. All of it was super old. There was dust on items. You could not even look at some because they decided to close all walkways with furniture. It seems that they just shoved furniture in one collective spot, where you can not even reach anything to look at it. The furniture was super old too. It looked like items that people place on the street or on Craigslist for free. Sadly, I will not be back here.
