I recently came here & prices are too high , but they do have a nice selection of name brand clothing.

Staff is always friendly, but the prices are high and the selection is pretty mediocre despite how much stuff there is.

I thought the items were overpriced and we didn't find what we were looking for. Staff was not friendly.

Most times it has good deals. Can usually find a bargain. However, it's starting to become a little pricey.

Good selection of vinyl and electronics. Large shoe selection (men, women, kids), too.

I just walked out because I saw a CRT TV for $35.00, and used, raggedy dresses for $25.00 (that you can get new for the same price).

Every section feels intentional, from the graphic tees to the retro jackets and rare sportswear finds. You can tell they actually care about quality and authenticity. The vibe inside is effortlessly cool. It's the kind of shop where you lose track of time because you're really digging through pieces and appreciating the details. The music, the layout, the energy -- it all adds to the experience. It feels like a true Detroit staple for anyone into fashion with personality. What makes it stand out is that you're not walking into a cookie-cutter retail store. You're finding pieces that no one else will have. When you step out in something from here, it's a statement. It's original. Now for me personally, the only challenge is fit -- and that's not on them. Because of my height and slim build (and the fact that I'm very particular about how my clothes fit), it can take some patience to find that perfect piece. Vintage sizing runs different, and I'm picky about tailoring and proportions. But when I do find something that fits exactly how I want? It feels like I struck gold. That's honestly part of the fun though -- the hunt. And Regeneration makes the hunt worth it. If you appreciate unique fashion, quality vintage, and pieces that actually stand out, this is the spot. I'll definitely keep coming back to see what new gems hit the racks.

It's clean, and the displays furnishings are nicely set up so you can stroll through and see little vignettes of chairs/tables/mirrors/lamps/cabinets all set up. I felt like I was wandering a furniture store rather than looking at second hand finds. Lots of treasures here. From large ornate mirrors, lamps, and art to collectibles from all around the world. There was a fair number of Asian collectibles. Sometimes an item was being passed off as "antique" when it looked like it might be more of the Pier1 variety, but I'll let it slide. As far as style, there are a lot of 90 and early 2000's trends represented. I bet Monica or Rachel from Friends would shop here. Haha! Don't expect thrift store cheap prices. It's not necessarily for bargain hunters. But if you want a nice piece of ornate furniture second-hand, I'd recommend you stop here to shop. Park directly in front of the store, or in the overflow parking lot at the motel next door. I am giving it four stars because it's a nice shop and I have almost no complaints. To get 5 stars it would have to really stand out from other shops. Perhaps have some more contemporary styles represented at more enticing price points.

She took hundreds of dollars of new Waterford and antique items for total of $200. We were totally ripped off. She took things on consignment, but never called back to pick them up. Run away ! They used to have a reward card that gave you a discount after 10 punches, they took that away about a year ago. They have not reopened their dressing rooms since they reopened after the covid scarce. I get why they were closed initially, but there's no reason to have them closed now. I was there today and their newest policy is they have no exchanges or returns at all. So you can't try clothes on, but you also can't return it if it doesn't fit. That's just a no go for me. I feel like this has to hurt their business. As an organization whose goal is to provide funding for others and to also sell things at a discounted rate it feels like they're making huge mistakes in their policies.

My mother will buy nice evening dresses from here for some special occasions, especially if she needs something that has a specific dress requirement. My mother likes that some of the fashion is more current and not so outdated. We even managed to find a dress for my niece when she came in town for a weekend. She didn't have anything to wear for an afternoon tea party and we were able to find some thing for her at a reasonable price. My mom prefers to go to this resale shop as opposed to other shops, since they have nicer and more fashionable items than most resale shops. It seems that they're more selective about the clothing that goes to this location as opposed to others. Given that my mother has several items of clothing from her wardrobe from here, I can appreciate that they do take more care about what they put on the floor here. Sensible styling seems to be the focus. My mother is a happy customer.
