A HUGE selection and the prices ($1.99 to 4.99 for all shirts I looked at) are way better than other SalArmies (Chesterfield, Ann Arbor, Saline, Plymouth) I've visited. The clothes do have that smell, but no big whoop. I also found a narrow soap dispenser which I had been looking for for ages in dozens of trips to other thrifts. Didn't have a chance to check out other sections, but will definitely be going here again, even though it's off the beaten track a bit for me!

the manager or whoever does the pricing here has to genuinely be a fat money hungry, greedy…read morereseller thats pocketing the money for themselves because the up charge on anything they sell is so ridiculous it makes you feel even broker than you are. went in to browse and saw a cute purse that was in mediocre condition and not even a name-brand or high end bag, priced at 20$, and it wasn't in the front section of the store either where they keep the "nicer" stuff they have. i was so appalled at this because they get everything they have in the store for FREE as a DONATION from people that have good in their hearts, and have the nerve to charge that much for a cheap, old, dirty bag. i thought the whole point of thrift stores was for cheaper, second hand stuff for less fortunate people. if i wanted to spend 20$ on a bag like that i would've went to a actual shoo, not a thrift stores. not to mention how dirty, and just unorganized the whole store is, and the employees are so unnecessarily rude and snobby to you, like when you check out, and even take the hangers off clothes to be considerate and make their already easy job even easier, they still always have an attitude with you. from someone that regularly shops here, theres maybe one employee in that entire store, that doesn't have a stick up their ass all the time. unbelievable experience, will not visit again any longer.

I witnessed an altercation between an employee and a customer today, while the manager was present…read more The customer should have been removed from the store, and protected/stood up for the employee. Instead all the manager was worried about was how she was going to close the store alone, not how the employee was doing. At the very least the manager should have dismissed the employee and stepped in to take control of the situation. She chose to stand and watch. I have worked retail, customer service, and been in management; in this moment as a customer I felt uncomfortable that this manager was not willing to step up to make either party feel safer. The employee who had left has helped me a few times and is always friendly and compassionate. I hope she comes back :(

The manager refused to check the cameras even to the cops!!! I called the police and filed a police report because I felt I had no other option. What made the situation even more upsetting was being told they were going to call the police on me after I reported what had happened. From my perspective, this situation was handled very poorly. I expected a thrift store that serves the community to take my concerns seriously and help resolve the issue, not make me feel like I was the problem. Because this matter is now being pursued through the proper channels, I'll let the facts speak for themselves. I hope the store reviews its policies and takes customer concerns more seriously in the future. The police officer said this thrift store is known for crime and low life employees and thieves. Then proceeded to tell me. I should never come back here because it's too dangerous so I'm passing the message of danger on to anybody who reads this. They will pray upon you. Before you shop, you should know it is a CASH only establishment. This is the major sucky thing about this because you don't know how much you will need. This thrift store is filled with tons of clothes, toys, shoes, books, decor, and utensils. We found a little tike's trampoline practically brand new for $13. I mainly looked at the book section and I found a lot of books. Most were half off too. They had really great cheap finds. Last time I came and my sister found a really nice set of long boots. It is definitely worth a look. Sometimes high end items are priced way too high though so keep a look out on that. When we were checking out, the lady was super nice to me. She had great customer service skills. She talked about the books with me. We will be back soon!

I saw they had pink 50% off, yellow 99 cents, and they had some 49 cent items. I walked through the decor, kitchen, household item area first. I noticed a lot of the prices were pretty cheap. I found some foam stickers for the kids for crafting. Towards the back they have a bunch of yellow tagged items all in oen spot, where it is easy to find the deals. This is something I wish other thrift stores would do as well. They do have a small kids area and I found a bunch of things for 99 cents. They have some books, toys, and cds as well. The store is very clean and the staff was kind when walking in. The lines were not long and the store wasn't packed for a Saturday.

Because it's in the Pointes, the caliber of clothes there is pretty nice. They must weed out any schlocky stuff because it's all nice and frequently high end. In the last month I walked out of there with Franco Sarto boots for $5, multiple Ann Taylor & Banana Republic & J Crew sweaters, nice shirts & tops, you get the idea. They have some kind of 'special' every day, whether it's 50% off, buy one get one, or my favorite recently, everything for a buck. That's right, a buck. If you're not too embarrassed to shop at a resale store, come on by. Finally, the youth that work there are so nice and are really happy to help you out. So not only are you getting a bargain, you're supporting a great organization.
