Recently had Primo replace a section of my side yard where the concrete adjacent to the house was cracked and moving down hill - water was undermining sidewalk and causing damage to it. Job required removal of fence attached to damaged section, demo/removal of existing concrete, grading/trenching for the new section, and then pour of new concrete. Primo designed a solid footing to keep new section from experiencing the same failure. Results speak for themselves - straight lines, good downhill grade, no concern of water pooling, nice texture (had Primo match existing salt finish of adjacent concrete), and nice seams where new and old concrete come together (had Primo round the corners of the cut sections of concrete to make them match look of new section). Very happy with results. Used Primo before and I'll use them again. Any issues, the owner George is very responsive and easy to work with, decades of experience. Update: Primo Concrete came back and fixed another non-contractors work that the homeowner hired prior to do the upper support block wall that failed when the rains of 2023 happened and the railroad ties failed do to wood rot and age! It caused a small mudslide and made the upper block wall sag since it had no footing to hold the weight. Primo Concrete did the repairs (for free) to fix a faulty stackable block wall and now it looks even better! Hopefully you will see that this contractor cares about his customers and is willing to go the extra mile for his customers. Not many around like George anymore. My neighbor hired Primo Concrete to install a new stackable block wall, footings and deadman's posts to hold the weight upright! Excellent stacked block wall and very level! It was originally railroad ties and they were being rotted out below the ground! All the rain caused them to degrade faster and it caused a sag in the upper part of the work from another contractor who did a bad job. That part is being corrected by Primo Concrete starting Monday! We allowed them onto our land to be able to have access to the working area since we are accommodating neighbors not bad neighbors like a few around our neighborhood.
