They wrapped all delicate items in moving blankets and packed everything with care in their enclosed truck; making only one trip from the apartment to the house. Charging by the hour I assumed they would take their time, but they were there to move us as quickly as possible. I never received another phone call or an email from them. It is now the 15th and I called again. I was sent to voicemail again saying they were with somebody closed. It is 3:00PM. I told them they can remove me from their list, I no longer want an estimate from them. If they can't even provide an estimate in a timely fashion, how the heck are they going to show up on time to move me? No thank you.

No one ever called, but instead they just went ahead and charged me the full amount, again! When I called, they explained that they hadn't seen my payment because they weren't aware of it because I had included a tip and that didn't match the charge. WHAT!!?? When I inquired about reimbursement for my broken items, they said they would get back to me, but I still have yet to hear from them. Do yourself a favor and do not use this company for your move.
