Theresa provided me with a new padlock and keys which I paid for. The costs were reasonable but even more important was their kindness and customer service. When they said they would help me, they followed through. I needed the assistance and I'm very appreciative. It's there before you check out but that's a bit shady... probably not unheardof elsewhere but still sneaky. Regardless of that, the lock they gave me was clearly just someone else's lock that they cut off another unit and just thrown into a cut open container. The lock was unusable and I left a message... sent an email too. Never got a response... so they charged me $25 for a lock I absolutely couldn't use.... Now I get a notice in the mail saying that they're increasing storage unit rents from $38 to about $65.... so that's about $45 + insurance and still no refund on that sham charge of a lock I can't use. So just do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. It's not an unsafe place... it's just there must be better places to go... I've dealt with better and never got someone trying to stick me with $25 lock that they cut off another unit. Between that and the near $20/mo price increase, I don't need these items nearly that badly to warrant the expense.

On my second rental unit , all of my phone calls to Krystal, Brittany, Brenda, Noah, were all unable to allow me access to my second unit or to my first unit. Today is the ninth day of no access to either my 1st unit or the 2nd unit. They seem to think I do not know how to swipe the card or I am not swiping the correct swipe box outside. I never had a problem until I rented the 2nd unit. If I am not paying the bill or if I am being punished for not giving a glowing review about the 1st unit which required an extra trip since the lock had not been removed then I regret giving a good review about the 2nd unit. It does no good to call the toll free number. They think you are stupid and do not know how to use the card swipe box. I have been using it for six months now. I also paid extra for 24 hour access but I am also denied that also.

I've been there after hours and could see the security monitors going in the office. There appear to be only 4 carts available, 3 small, 1 larger. The larger one is difficult to steer around corners. This small number can potentially be a bottleneck if multiple customers are on site. While I have no personal experience with the rates, our group's bin is under our treasurer's name, and we are on a budget. So homework was definitely done to decide to use this business.

Luckily I called Mabey's off Crescent road and got Steve on the line. From the moment i starting talking with Steve I felt like I found the place.
