Dianna who works here is completely awesome other than that the new manager is a complete utterly disrespectful douche canoe, treats the customers like he's some lord from above because he can pull a oil filter and drain plug.. Switched over oils to a cheaper shitter oil.. I will make it know to the city that this place isn't the same anymore, ever since this new manager came in the place is literally a damn circus.. Other people have said the same thing about him, maybe start doing an asshole check before they're hired since they deal with customers? Idk just my opinion

I explained what happened, they replaced the crush washer on my oil pan drain bolt (Hogan and Sons just didn't replace it) and topped me off with 2.5 quarts of 0W20 (that's a lot of oil to lose in 24 hours!) AND - they fixed my hood latch with a ziptie (since Hogan and Son broke that too!) Highly recommended. Thanks guys!

I pulled in, was in-and-out in less than 30 minutes and the entire time was communicated with and kept up to date on what was happening. I looked up tire places, and found Kerr's Tire Korner. I arrived around 8 AM and was warmly greeted by Brian. I explained my situation, and he had my car up on the lift within minutes. As I suspected, I needed wheels balanced from some damage done by the tire debris. Brian was very professional and extremely personable. I felt like I was in another country. Where I'm from in New Jersey, the pace is much more hectic and less friendly. In top of Brian's outstanding and personable service, he did not charge me! It's comforting to know that there are still good hearted people out there! Brian and Kerr's Tire Korner - A Huge Thank You for making my day! Aldo
