If only ZERO stars was an option…read more I had some sand in my car from a recent trip to dog beach so I stopped by Marmora Car Wash to hit the vacuum and give it a quick rinse. Well, my plan didn't go so well. First I pulled up to the vacuum and saw an overflowed trash can that obviously hadn't been attended to in weeks. I put some quarters in the machine and the hose suction was WEAK. It didn't even get the sand off my seat. I finally examined the hose, only to realize that it was the victim of a recent duct tape attack (and an ineffective one at that)! So I figured I'd give up on the interior and take care of the outside. I was frustrated already, so I decided to go with the automatic wash bay. I pulled up and put my credit card in and the machine told me to try again. I gave it a few more swipes when I finally decided to give up and wash my car on my own. I walked over to the change machine to get some quarters, and surprise, every slot on the machines were covered in duct tape. No tree shaped air fresheners available, no Armor All, no windshield wipes! It worked out though cause even the change machine was out of service! So I dug around my car and found some change and pulled my car into one of the bays. Lucky me, the one I picked wouldn't accept change because there was a bunch of crap jammed in the slot. So, now on my third attempt to wash my car, I pulled my car out and into yet another bay... This one accepted my payment and I picked up the nozzle to spray down my car... Good thing I was fresh off the beach and still wearing a bathing suit cause as soon as I pressed the handle, the water went everywhere, thanks to a shotty patch job, with, SURPRISE, even more duct tape! I got more water on my clothes than I did on my car! All in all, a waste of time! 16 quarters and 30 minutes later, my car was still dirty and I had a headache. Save yourself the hassle and go to the place on 9!

When I went outside to get in my car afterwards, I immediately noticed dirt left behind on the rear exterior and brought it to the attention of the man who had finished drying my car. He swiped it with his cloth and said something about the machine not being able to clean it... The dirt was where there had been 2 magnets on the car. I was not satisfied but had an appointment to go to. When I got home, I found they had not touched the storage well and did a generally sloppy job on the rest of the interior. I immediately contacted Billy Bob's about all of this via the message option on their website. When I did not get a response, I contacted them again and still have not received a reply so here is my review. As far as I know Billy Bob's is the only full service car wash in CMC but don't waste your money.
