We reached out to several local repair shops, and CARS Cristian's Auto Repair was the only one that returned our message that same evening. They got us scheduled first thing Saturday morning. The part we needed wasn't easy to find, but they went above and beyond calling business after business until they tracked one down that could be delivered the same day. The part arrived around 1:30 PM, and they quickly got it installed and had the AC running like new. What makes this even more impressive is that they were supposed to close at 12 PM that day. Instead of turning us away, they stayed late to make sure our car was fixed and ready for the long drive back through the Vegas heat. Their dedication ensured we made it home in time for work and the kids' school on Monday. Truly outstanding service, professionalism, and kindness. After the alternator was replaced, my A/C developed a leak that was not there before, leaving me with an expensive additional repair. On top of that, the shop broke several clips on the fender liner during the repair and failed to replace them or even mention the damage. This shows a lack of attention to detail and a lack of respect for customers' vehicles. I understand that mistakes can happen, but what matters is how a shop handles them. Unfortunately, I was left dealing with an A/C leak and damaged components after paying for what should have been a straightforward alternator replacement. I would not recommend this shop based on my experience and would advise others to thoroughly inspect their vehicle before leaving.

We have had a great experience until recently we had a hiccup. I recently took my mother's BMW for service given that it had been sometime and the car needed maintain. In July, we did a car review for $50 to see what was needed and all was well with planed oil changed for Nov 2025. In September we took the car for brakes given the dashboard notified us of break Maintance, so we took it in. New brakes were needed so we paid for new brakes and the service took over 6 hours so at hour 2 of waiting staff offered us a ride home which was a courtesy. We pick up car late night around 6:30pm and on the way home about 4 miles out we hear the brakes make noise that is concerning because it sounded like brakes scratching against each other. Next day I call them anklet them know and they ask us to bring it in. Once again we are dropped off at home and wait for a couple hours for pick up again. We are told that the brakes are not the problem and that it is an issue with the fit for equipment that takes some time to settle after brake change. Accountability is needed here for checking work before delivery to client. It's a waste of time for us and them to redo work and wait and take car back to check it. I asked and they mentioned they did a test drive before delivery of completion. My instinct is that they have great service for auto care and brakes may be an area of improvement given various yelp review mention brake issues. Aside from that, service is great.
