Appointment times do not matter. I had a 10 am appointment and sat there for close to three hours for a simple tire patch

I ordered tires online, set up appointment and paid for the purchase. I received texts and emails that assured me I was good to go however, the morning of the appointment they called to tell me that they don't sell or have my tires in stock. I inquired about other tires comparable but would take a couple days to locate 4 of the same tires. It was a sketchy mess. A business with the name "tires" in it, one would assume they had tires! Especially giving them a few days! I cancelled, went to Dobb's where they not only had the tires, but installed them immediately and about 80$ cheaper. read more

As I was leaving for work my tire was completely flat. I found your store doing an Internet search for stores close to my home. I was thrilled when I called and was told I could get my car in immediately. The staff was informative, so kind, thorough and fast. The price was good and I was out of there within an hour! I was able to watch my car as it was worked on through a large window. The men working on my vehicle were like a professional pit crew. I had an absolute nightmare experience at this O'Fallon, IL Discount Tire. Under ZERO circumstances would I use Discount Tire after this experience. They will damage your wheels, not tell you about it after they do so, and drag it out over 3 months to resolve the issue. I ended up getting 4 brand new replacement OEM wheels from Subaru paid for by this shop. The ONLY reason I got this situation resolved was because I called repeatedly to make sure I was getting helped. I even had the store manager Shain Venner try to lie to me (in email, see below) about needing my original wheels to resolve a core charge. Unfortunately for him I called Lou Fusz Subaru where the new wheels were ordered from, they confirmed this was a lie on his part to save his shop some $$. Amazing Help!!!!!!! We were traveling across country we were 1000 miles into our trip when our tire pressure light came on we put air in at a gas station, but with in 5 minutes the light was back on again. We could not find a nail or any damage to our tire but we made the decision to. stop for the night (unplanned). The next day I pulled the tire to find that it had been damaged and was bulging on the inside. Thank God we stopped. The Crew at the O Fallon Discount tire had us back on the road in 35 minutes with 4 new tires!!! I cant thank them enough. They made a bad situation a lot better. Twice they've broken the lug on my car. It's not a free tire rotation and balance. When you have to pay to get a lug fixed every time!

One of my tires suddenly started losing pressure, after inspecting the tire as best I could (not finding anything) I aired it up at night, and the next morning the PSI had dropped but stopped at 38 PSI. Given the odd behavior and an upcoming road trip, I stopped in while running errands. Shain promptly meet me, inspected my car, found the screw, and checked me in. While I had to wait, they discovered a very small screw in the inside tread block and informed me it was repairable. That was a relief as my Michelin tires are two years old, only 17K miles. Once they pulled my car in they had me back on the road in 30 minutes and I wasn't charged a PENNEY and NO MONKEY BUSINESS. The techs handled my Tesla properly and with care. On May 31 I brought my Acura MDX to Discount Tire for a free tire rotation. It was brought to my attention the windshield wipers were deteriorated and needed replaced. I told the manager Michael no. At home I inspected the wipers I had replaced less than six months ago. The wipers looked brand new and the rubber was not torn or the edge was not rough. Do not trust the employees. I suspect they get a cut of products sold even if the product is not needed. read more
