They say i need new break pads and new calipers. I pay for the service and ask if the steering wheel shaking will stop. I am told that is a separate issue. I leave and the brakes no longer sound like an airplane landing. After a year of the steering wheel being annoying i do some googling, find out it's my rotors. I try a new break place and get my front brake rotors replaced. The steering wheel problem is fixed. Cost less than half of what the calipers did. I'm upset but i check my receipt and calipers were on the rear wheels so i think oh it was unrelated and maybe they just weren't paying attention when i was describing my issues. The reason for this poor review. My rear brakes start squeaking this week and i go in to the same jiffy lube location that replaced my rear breaks less than 2 years and less than 6k miles ago asking if they can check if my break pads are under warranty. The guy at the desk starts saying that they aren't because they don't know how people drive. He refused to check them or the calipers for damage. He then says that if the calipers were damaged it would make a burning smell. So either he is lying to me or the person who told me I needed them replaced lied to me. So either way this company lied to me and i find that unacceptable. I will never be visiting another branch of this business ever again.

This has been the absolute best experience I have ever had with an Automotive shop. We came in here…read moreas a last resort when all of the RV service shops in the area seemed to turn us away (I think because they are packed due to memorial day weekend). We were able to work with James and he was extremely helpful in every way. He was able to get our Tow baseplate installed on our jeep in no time. I would highly recommend this shop for anything. Their customer service is outstanding and they did a speedy job for us. Not only did James do an excellent job with installing the baseplate and squaring us away with the electrical, but he came out to our motorhome and helped us connect up the tow bar. He then went back inside and looked up the proper towing procedures for our particular vehicle, came back out to tell us, and then helped us get everything setup right. Lastly, he followed us for about a mile to make sure that everything was working properly. He did all of this without being asked to do so. Curtis was our service manager, and I believe he had an appointment elsewhere when we arrived, but he took care of us and ensured that we were properly taken care of with the other gentlemen at the desk, prior to him departing for his appointment (I believe we may have cause him to be late, sorry, Curtis). I am amazed at the kind of culture of service that is bred into this shop. Every single person we interacted with was the embodiment of customer service. I must say our experience was beyond just customer service, it was more like "service for their fellow man". I very rarely write reviews for places, but I absolutely felt compelled to write this. Greg's Shop was able to diagnose and fix the problem within 2 hours of me dropping the truck off. The dealer had my truck for 5 days with 0 results other than an overblown estimate. Needless to say I will only be using Greg's Auto Service and Repair going forward and I suggest you do the same.

I had a muffler welded on my car at this shop.. it's a performance style exughst system just needed…read morea new muffler.. well I paid the 270$ and didn't inspect the work prior because I shouldn't have too... they left a exughst leak and poor penetrative welds that look horrible... almost like bubble gum... Manager then proceed to tell me (I don't see anything wrong with it... it will hold...) i said (thats not the point...) he then says (well you have 2 different types of steel on your exughst and what we put in is stainless....) I then said (I just had a whole cat back stainless exughst installed in the car a year and a half ago...) he goes (well that doesn't look like stainless down there...) ~points to a dirty section of the exughst~ he then says (I'll fix the spot we're it's not welded..) at this point any confidence of this man was gone in him correctly doing the job... And also saying he wasn't going to fix the rest if it at first till I said I want the whole thing re-done and that I want my money back so I can take it elsewhere.. then says that isn't gonna happen... I asked for a manager... he said (we'll I own the shop....) I said (that isn't good enough...) think it went over his head and probably should have clarified i was talking obout the work that was done.... he then smirked and said (I think it is...) I then said (just take the car down your not touching anything else....) and left with a leaking exughst and poor quality of welds... and horrible customer service... thank-you monkeywrench for costing me more work than what it should have been and the hassle of forking over more money out of my pocket for another shop to fix your mistakes.. it will be the last you make on my car because I will not bring it back...
