These guys really took care of us. Jacheem was so easy to work with and really good care of us. We drove a van from Michigan that we just bought from a dealer. Very disappointed with the service for specific reasons. According to their own 18 point checklist from their website they did not check the Air Filter. They did not check and fill the tires. The did not check the differential fluid "upon request." I requested twice and was told "they really don't do that. If they check they have to preform a whole service on it, even if it just needed topping off because of insurance liability." What?!? They did not top off radiator fluid. They did not reset check oil light. A few other things on the list that if they did check they didn't notify me of it. I was to the point of hey I just want out of here, I'll do it myself. I don't want to argue with the employee. Look Valvoline, they are a FULL SERVICE oil change company, charged me over $100 for a service that didn't follow through on their advertised maintenance check. All I can say if that 18 point check list is not what they will be doing, it's just a goal that was unobtainable in my situation. read more

I checked this place out and they do it while you're sitting in your car in under 15 minutes. I drove up and was immediately greeted by Pedro and Jose. It was super simple. He brought up the different oil choices on the computer screen based on my car's mileage and explained the difference between them. The change was fast and efficient and I was served with smiles the entire time. The only downside to this is that the pricing of the oil change is about $30 higher than where I usually go. I may not do this next time if I have the extra time to wait, but if I'm ever on a time crunch, I will definitely return. The quality of service is worth it. read more

My truck oil kept overheating I went to Val online for oil change Keonte took care of me. The service was excellent, he was determined to help me both in service and cost, my truck is 2008 so things are old. He spent 35 minutes getting the top off to change the diesel filter, I was totally impressed with his determination! In the end he did everything he set out to do and I'm very thankful for his work ethic I will going back for future oil changes and highly recommend everyone else to do same. read more

New to the area, and unable to find a Midas near me, the place I had made my appointments at back in Ohio, I decided to try an instant oil change place. Im used to paying $20 for an oil change, using a coupon. Without coupon $25. However the LOWEST price they had was $40 for conventional oil change! My bad for not doing my research, but that is way too much for an oil change. Now I realize they top off your fluids and inspect your car, but still not worth $40. Are these Florida prices or because you can pull right in without an appointment? Within a 2 day period, I brought 2 vehicles. A Audi q7 and a Volkswagen Passat. The employees and management are excellent! They answered every question I had patiently, professionally and throughly. A hiccup did happ3; on the 1st day, they technician forgot to place the engine cover back on my Audi...but the manager called me to inform me of the incident. I have been to this valvoline store a few times and have had decent service. But this time I was inside the maintenance bay for over an hour because they had problems with a few things but in reality they were taking forever to get to the next step with everything and apparently they had issues with everything. This oil change also cost me $235 because I was charged $35 for a new engine air filter and I was charged $55 for a new AC air filter. I know things are slightly marked up for comfort of them doing it and it supposed to be only 15 minutes. (Which every other time was 15 minutes) but for this one to be so expensive and having to wait an hour and 7 minutes from the time they actually pulled me into the bay is insane. I don't care that they said sorry to me 15 times. While I was polite and said it's okay. The fact is they over charged me for this visit and they took way longer than they should have. The girl knows this was all wrong, which is why she kept saying sorry. But a properly run establishment would have made it right and not overcharged me so much. read more

I brought my daughter's car in for an oil change and tire rotation on 2/9/24. The oil change went fine, but the tire rotation was not done properly. I was watching and it looked like they were having difficulty on one wheel. I asked if everything was ok and was told yes everything was fine but that was not true. Two lug nuts on the driver's side front wheel were loose and turned by hand. The passenger front was worse as three were hand tight, one was broken, and one lug nut was cross threaded. I took the car to a tire shop immediately after leaving Valvoline and they had to replace all the wheel studs on the passenger front wheel and replace all the lug nuts. When I filed a claim with Valvoline 20 minutes after I left the store I was told the reviewed their camera footage denied any wrong doing. The manager never apologized or tried to provide any resolution to my issue. This store's negligence could have caused serious damage to the car, or caused a wreck if the wheel have came off. I feel they knew they messed up the lug nuts and would not take ownership of the issue. Worst customer service experience I have ever had. Take your car to them at your own risk. This location is very dirty and the customer lobby has an oily floor and one broken chair for customers to use. read more

I showed up around 8:50 am to get a synthetic oil change. Upon arrival the employees greeted me and guided me into the bay for my oil change. I love the quick and efficient service that they always provide. This is my usual oil change location. But today I showed up with a groupon in tow. It was easy to use . I wasn't given a problem. They took the time to explain everything about my oil change and all recommendations for my vehicle. I was told ahead of time that I had to pay the tax because it wasn't covered by groupon. I was ok with that. Even though it was a cold morning that didn't stop them from working at there normal pace. Thank you Valvoline for another great oil change experience. Over 2 weeks later I am still waiting for company to reimburse me for towing and uber charges and now being told by Antonio the manager will no longer refund me for the oil change.
