I love that tire rotation is included in the overall price. I was also able to bring my laptop and set up shop in their workstation area. The location was quiet and I was able to work while I waited. I was second after another person. Not sure what took so long. The waiting area was not too crowded as there was only a few chairs to sit on anyway. One tip.... I checked online price and it was $40 cheaper than if I would have gone into the store. I called to make sure the tires were in and asked the price. So I purchased online and set up the appointment. For one, why is it that I made an appointment at 1:30pm, and it's 3:30pm and I'm still sitting here? That makes zero sense. The floors are absolutely disgusting, the AC sucks, and the customer service is horrendous. Almost 80% of the window blinds are broken as well. Almost $500 I'm paying for the absolute worst experience. I will never come back.
