When I arrived it wasn't too busy and was greet right away. He told me which should be the next available slot for me to have my car serviced. Later there was a line developing behind me which later moved pretty quickly. They were very efficient and moved at a great pace. I came across a coupon but couldn't pull up the exact info but Anna was able to find one and allowed me to use that for my services. They made jokes amoungst each other and seemed to be enjoying they jobs and their days which was nice to see. Diante worked on my car and did a great job. Valvoline Lawrenceville found a 20 coupon. And she used it they make jokes and had a great time at work. Anna was my service person and 2 other guys helped me Diante worked on my car. I've always used Valvoline to get my oil change but this was location didn't disappoint and held up the standard that I am used to when I get my oil changed. Highly recommend them. read more

Simply stated... "outstanding customer interaction with excellent service on my vehicle." This was my first visit and I will return. Upon arrival I immediately drove into the service bay and was promptly greeted by friendly staff. As I watched they changed the oil while checking tire pressure, filters, belts and fluid levels. Everyone did their job with precision. I had a coupon and received a military/veteran discount on top of the coupon. While this place is not the cheapest place for an oil change with discounts and coupons the cost is very competitive... in addition it's fast! (I was in and out under 15 minutes) If you value your time and want quality auto care quickly while you watch without leaving your vehicle this is the place. I do not like how this place operates at all. My wife went in to get a quote on how much an oil change would be and they had her pull the car into the bay. Without her permission they started doing the oil change so that she was locked in at whatever price they told her. Which by the way was completely different from what they quoted me online. The longer she was there, the more the price kept going up and up. I have never had so much back and forth on price for an oil change. I can go somewhere else and get everything for $19.99 yet they kept saying our crossover was large and should be over $50 anywhere we go. Some customer service would go a long way, but man this place was lacking. read more

DO NOT GO HERE! When this was Pennzoil, we had no issues. Ownership change has not been kind to this business!! My wife took her Jeep here for an oil change a couple of months ago. The next morning I found drops of oil on the garage floor underneath her Jeep. It had NEVER leaked prior to taking it here. She took it back a couple days later and they changed the oil again, no charge of course. The next day, more oil on the garage floor. UGH! When she took it back again, they tried to tell her that Jeeps had some sort of "valley" that oil could collect in and that they had washed the undercarriage and everything should be fine now. One day later, we had more oil in the garage. HOLY CRAP! I took her Jeep to another oil change business and paid them to do what Valvoline should have done the first time and we have not had any oil in the garage since. The new place advised me that the oil pan plug should be replaced, which they did. I think it was $5. Funny thing is, we asked Valvoline to change the oil pan plug the first time we took it in. I guess they figured they could charge me for a part without having to replace it. How would I know, right? Fast forward to last week: I must be a glutton for punishment. I work close by and my truck needed an oil change. Valvoline is convenient and I thought, "give them another try". Can they really be that incompetent? The answer was a resounding YES. They changed the oil in my 2018 F150 on Friday. On Saturday morning, I went to my parents house to spend Father's Day weekend. The truck stayed in the same spot in the driveway all weekend. We left Sunday evening and I received a message from my dad on Monday that there was a large oil spot under where my truck was parked. WTF! Does Valvoline want to send someone to pressure wash his driveway? Apparently, this location has no idea how to properly change oil in ANY vehicle. They might want to try dry cleaning. Some other reviews have mentioned the higher cost. I have no issue paying more for better service and convenience, but paying more for subpar service is unacceptable. I would not let them change my oil if they charged $1. read more

I used to get my oil changed here before they changed owners so I was hesitant to go back as I didn't want something new lol. Good news is - It's still an awesome place! The difference now is you don't get out of your car. You pull in and they do everything for you. So convenient! read more

Beware!!!!!! I have been going here since before the new ownership. Never had any issues. Always paid about $30 for an oil change. This recent visit I just had my wife take the same car in for an oil change and they charged her $84. They completely took advantage of her being a lady. Completely ridiculous for a 4 cylinder. This place is a joke. Brought my Hummer in first off I am sure they didn't even change oil as the first words were has anyone changed oil on a Hummer here. Wow pros right. Then the young worker tried to sell me on a transmission oil flush okay sure go for it. Once they were done they talked more then needed. Start my truck to drive off it's making a noise now and rattling like never before. I said did it have a noise when it came in they said no and don't know what they did to break my truck. Unprofessional and no manager on duty. Have to take it to a mechanic now to fix it. Save your money don't pay their over priced prices and go else where. I took my Volkswagen Beetle in for a routine oil change. I was waited on fairly quick. The employees were nice. It was a bit pricey for just the oil change. No extras.. I do have a diesel engine so I guess thats why it was $94. A few days later my cars oil light came on flashing and beeping. My cars engine cut off! I stopped in the valvoline shop after work and told the manager what happened. It had never happened before then. He told me everything was fine. My car did the same thing 3 more times before I took it to a shop for it to be checked out. The shop I took it to informed me I had 2 quarts too much oil in my car. When I contacted Valvoline the manager told me to bring it in and they would give me a oil change free of charge. Umm No thanks. All I wanted was a refund to go towards my 400 dollar repair bill. The district manager contacted me and told me they reviewed the video footage from that day and the exact correct amount was dispensed into my car. Number 1 I was still without my vehicle at that time so I couldnt stop in. Number 2, No thanks Im a bit upset about the entire situation! After I paid for my car repairs (because too much oil is the same as not enough) my cars oil light has not come on. My engine has not shut down on me not one time. $78 for an oil change!!!! Seriously? Previous place was Lube 3000, where I paid $34 for the same service. I will not return.
