Always Great Service! I've been here many, many times. This is my local, go to place for oil changes. Having done my own oil changes all my life, life gets in the way and automotive makers make it a little bit more difficult for the do-it-yourself kind of person. Valvoline instant oil change makes this easy. Sure, and you pay a little bit, but it's worth the money. This great expert, courteous and thorough team always gets the job done right . The 1st time!. Would I come back? Yes, emphatically! This is my number one place for an oil change. Tip: Get there early, even before they open, on the weekends. There is always the risk of a wait because it's first come, first serve. Also, if you have a hard to find or not always stocked oil filter, you may want to check and see if they have it in stock. I've only had this happen once, so I always make sure to have one in the trunk in case they don't have it. Additionally - They'll push for the synthetics. Always consult with your vehicle OEM recommended oil! Lastly - They'll check your air filter. These are typically very cheap to buy at an auto parts store and very easy to install. They won't push it if you don't need it. However, they will check it. If you don't mind taking a few minutes and doing it yourself, you can save a few dollars. read more

I am highly dissatisfied with the level and quality of service that has been provided by this location. I took my car in for a routine oil change, as I have done for years and was surprised to see pools of oil in my garage and all the way up my driveway one day later. I took my car to another valvoline location because it was closest to me and they took a look at it and basically just told me they would fill my oil back up and that it was not a leak and that all it was was that the person who did my oil change did not "clean up after themselves". This all seemed a bit fishy to me because I don't see the need to refill my oil if there wasn't a leak. They sent me on my way. I called the customer service number and spoke with a lady who basically just said "sorry about that, just keep an eye on it". I woke up again this morning to another giant pool of oil in my garage so I took it to another car mechanic (because I am DONE taking it to Valvoline) and I called the customer service number back again to explain the situation and the person HUNG UP ON ME. I was not cussing or threatening- I was simply explaining my situation and they hung up. This has been the most unprofessional experience I have ever dealt with and very disappointing considering they usually do a good job. I will never bring my car back to Valvoline! They have lost a loyal customer for sure! read more

Staff were kind and courteous, but failed to do there job. We were the only customers there, and the only car in the shop. I was in the car while they were wrapping up, and a worker approached the guy checking me out to inform him that one of my back tires wouldn't read more than a PSI of 8. The guy checking me out was dismissive of him and finished checking me out. I went directly home. Two days later, my rear driver's side tire was flat and I sound a screw in it. Thanks a lot , turds. I'll never come to you again And I'll discourage everyone I know from going to you. Sept 2017- I returned per my husband's recommendation. Much better experience! The technician, Randy, (who I think my have also been a manager) was clearly experienced and knowledgeable. Everything was done well and to completion. The staff gets one star for being courteous. The rest is a complete disaster. I used a Groupon which, apparently, only covered 5 quarts of oil. My vehicle needed another 2.7 quarts and I was charged $31.00 for this. That's a 300% markup on what the auto part stores charge for synthetic quarts. Two days after the oil change, I open the hood to check the oil. Stuff inside the oil cap threads was about a 1/4 of a disposable shop towel in plain sight. Now, I'm wondering if pieces of this rag ended up in my crankcase. Then, I noticed my washer fluid cap was missing. This isn't the standard plastic cap but an expensive chrome dress-up cap. This oil change ended up costing me $100.00 due to an extremely sloppy job. read more

I sat in line for around 45 minutes. Watched six other vehicles get serviced, not only tire pressure checks, not only oil changes, no I watched six other cars get full service while I wasn't even acknowledged outside of being placed in the 4th lane. I sat behind a truck that I can only assume was one of the personnel's truck, due to the fact that after said 45 minutes I watched absolutely flabbergasted as the person behind the wheel of the truck that I had been behind for almost an hour get out and walk over to the building's office. At that point, I wasn't going to humor them anymore; I backed up and pulled away, the only reason I was there today was to get my oil changed because I didn't have TIME to go do it myself. I haven't the slightest clue as to what the point of making me sit there for almost an hour was, I just don't understand. And obviously, I can't speak to the value of their services because I never even made it into the establishment. They just kept looking at me and then looking at the truck and looking at me and looking at the truck and looking at all the other cars they were pushing through as I just sat in idle. I am bereft of any kind of reason for having me just sit there for for that long, outside of it just being for their own amusement: "let's see how long this guy will sit here before he leaves." took my volkswagob there and instead of saying the don't have the proper tools they tore my heat plate in half and part of it is still hanging down and they strip the bolt gave me a major oil leak my engine is smoking my oil change light is still coming on plus my tire and valve notice is blinking they suction the oil out the top and I was in the booth for 30 to 45 min probably because the knew the messed up my car the kept waliking to one another whispering this Valvoline refuses to take responsibility I can't stand a business that's not honest and look you in the face and lie read more

The staff were very friendly and helpful, but in the end they couldn't do what I needed done. They informed me I had multiple lights out and when they tried to fix them they said they couldn't get the screws out but when I tried to go home and do it myself the screwed had gotten so badly worn down that I can no longer get them out and now I have to go spend more money to get the lights switched because the staff ruined the screws there now. read more

I brought my 2004 Honda to this business for a routine oil change. With exception to the barrage of upsell sales pitches that my car definitely wasn't due for the experience was fine. Oil and filter changed, paid the man and I was on my way. Here's where they lose the stars in my opinion. My wife brought in her 2017 Honda and received a completely different experience. Again they tried to sell her a slew of unnecessary maintenance items. To compound the ridiculousness of this point the car is not very old and has 12,000 miles or so, so why try to sell services that aren't due until 30,000 to 45,000?? Unfortunately for this crew I worked for a Honda dealer in their parts and maintenance departments for sixteen years. I'm quite familiar with the service intervals. Now the kicker, they said that they don't yet stock the oil filter for a 2017 Honda. This was August of 2018, first of all, and second of all it's the exact same filter as my 2004 Honda. You see Honda only makes two oil filters for every single one of their vehicles. Unless you drive the Honda S2000 or the Acura NSX, every single Honda and Acura uses the exact same oil filter. This tells me that the crew that I had for my car knew enough about what they were doing, however the crew for my wife's service had no idea what they were talking about. Skip the 50/50 odds of good service and check out one of the multitudes of other quick lube locations. Better yet, if you do happen to drive a Honda, go to the dealer for your oil change. The price is cheaper than these guys!! And you're guaranteed to get the exact oil and filter specifically for your vehicle. read more

This is the most thorough oil change I've ever gotten. After getting the specs from my car they offered me three different oil options. I went with the least expensive because standard oil is just fine. Although I know there's a suggestive sell in it for them, they started with confirming all of my lights and blinkers worked. All of the staff were safety conscious including asking me to put my keys into metal box to prevent me from accidentally starting the car during the oil change. Instead of just airing up my tires to number they or someone has determined was optimal, I really liked that they asked me what PSI I prefer my tire pressure to be. Every time a staffer got near my window they gave me a smile, said hello, or made small talk. Toward the end of my oil change I was asked if I wanted to hear about some of their other services, that meant a lot to me because my experience at other oil-change places is that you get sold hard on all the other things they do.
