I used to love going here. A few of the guys are great and do a good job but some try to take you for as $ as they can. Last time I went, the guy told me I was overdue and that he'd have to charge me extra to flush all the bad oil out and fill it back up with new oil. Having a newer car I know I don't have to get serviced every 3,000 miles like they put on the sticker and set on the dash. Still dealing with this horrific company 22 months later after they ruined my exhaust system from a fuel cleaning service I paid for! They attempted to repair my issues, however, have "fixed it" 3x with no resolve! What a joke of a company! Horrible service. They completed messed up a simple oil change. I had to end my bringing my 2019 Jetta to a VW dealer to correct their errors, cost an extra $300. Did not attached the under carriage protector correctly, did not install the gasket or filter correctly. VW said there was more oil in the pan than the engine. I went back and they said they would review, talk to management and call me back which of course they never did. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. read more

Mike informed me that my tires were bad and said he wouldn't drive a long distance on them. He even emwent and called around to get me in that day and a great price on tires. This review is of the Valvoline in EHT. I purchased a Groupon for an oil change. I had a great experience from start to finish. I want to thank the service guy Michael . He was patient, attentive and upbeat (even though it was 95 degrees out). I was allowed to stay in my car the whole time. I explained to him that my car was low on oil and he talked to me through the whole process. Apparently my car is burning oil and the oil was dirty. He showed me the oil before and after he changed it and he also recommended that I get my oil flushed next time I come in. I was very thankful for his help. I initially went here because I was looking for a shop to change my serpentine belt. I usually go to jiffy lube to get my oil changes but found this place was in the area and had "serpentine belt replacement" listed as a service. As soon as I pulled in I was treated as an inconvenience. "Awe man, I just want to smoke!" the guy kept repeating as I was guided to the bay. When I mentioned I wanted a serpentine belted replace with the oil change I was told he had to check if they had the belt in stock. He punched in a bunch of random letters and numbers on the computer for most of the information on my vehicle. Didn't really bother me but when they began draining the oil, I again mentioned the serpentine belt and he couldn't look more annoyed. "How do you know you even need it changed?" he asked me. I immediately knew this guy had no intention of changing the belt or even looking for a belt. He then said "We probably don't have the belt in the back." There's an auto zone right next to this place so I offered to go over and get it. He said he'd check for the belt. As they changed the oil he picked up a drain plug off the ground and said it was mine and it was striped. No joke it sounded a script this guy used for the 15th time today. The bolt looked brand new and didn't have a drop of oil on it. He told me they were gonna replace it free of charge. They began wrapping up the service and I knew the serpentine belt change wasn't going to happen... but did I REALLY want this place to do anything to my car? They clearly didn't want to deal with me or my car. Why would I push for a service that they didn't even want to do? All in all I'll never use this company again. Not sure if its the location or the brand in general but I'll stick to jiffy lube for my oil changes and a in repair shop for my auto repairs. read more

They performed a cooling flush on my system and use the wrong any fees in my truck causing my water pump to fail and cost me a $1000 They performed a coin system flush on my truck using the wrong antifreeze and causing my water pop system to fail and have to be replaced with a bill of over a $1000 They reached out to me on the incident and were nothing but argumentative over the fact the the Chevy dealership said that they used the wrong anti-freeze in my truck. I just had a terrible, scary encounter at this location. I had a Groupon for a 5 quart oil change. When the service was done I was told they added "extra oil" and there was an additional charge. I was not informed of this before the oil was added and they couldn't show proof of the amount of oil added. I refused to pay and they called the police. While waiting for the police one of the employees threatened me and asked me to "step outside." I am not a confrontational person so why this series of events occurred is beyond me. read more

I had an issue with my car recently not involving them. I went to add coolant to my car and notices the cap for the coolant reservoir missing. They were the only ones under my hood for the last three oil changes. Today I went to have my oil changed. I have had a slow leak in my rear passenger tire. I went to get an oil change today. Before I left my car had the low pressure tire light lit. I went and got my oil changed. On the paper, they said they checked the air pressure and said it was good. When I left the air pressure light was lit on my car. I went to a local gas station and my tire was at 25 psi. They never checked tire pressure and said it was good. The young kid that was working was complaining that people were showing up. I heard him say "its a rainy day why do people get their oil changed on a day like this. I've been going to this specific location, for years now, and I have never had a negative experience. I actually went there today and I was not surprised to have received the same outstanding service, as always. I am always told what I need, what I don't need; NEVER any pressure and they are actually the first ones to admit when something is still in good shape and not due for replacement or repair. I always feel extremely comfortable while I'm there and grateful to always have any of my concerns addressed or questions answered. I would highly recommend this place, and although there are other locations, I have no knowledge on any of the others, as I refuse to take my vehicle(s) anywhere else. Very Clean Professional and Techs, Quick Service and you stay in you vehicle, scanned the drivers side door for vehicle info to confirm that all recommended specs are followed. Oil change is $35, Air Filter $24 and fuel cleaners $12 all installed. I opted to go with the next level of high mileage oil for 55 bucks...total service $150.00 timing 10 mins. I'm going to be very specific. My fiancee' went here to get a synthetic oil change for her SUV. She was quoted a price of $49.99 by the clerk, and she told them to go ahead. Honestly, $49.99 is normally a promotional price for a full synthetic oil change, so she thought she was getting a value. Within a few minutes, the guy came back out to tell her that the vehicle was missing the cabin air filter. Well that's funny, I have a receipt that shows that I purchased one at Advance Auto Parts in March of 2016, and put it in myself. I guess someone broke in and stole it.....right? Then he tells her that the needed to replace the air filter to do the synthetic oil change, which is a blatant lie, but this is a newer vehicle for her, so she assumed that he was telling her the truth, The final straw was telling her that they had to add an additional quart of oil because the oil level was "low" and their oil change only covers 5 quarts. Interestingly, the vehicle manual, and every other online source says that the oil capacity is only 5 quarts, and that filling more than 5 can actually cause the plugs to foul. I would say that you should hope that you didn't fill beyond 5 quarts and lied to her about the extra quart, because if the plugs foul because of it, you will end up in court. When she got the final bill, she asked to see a manager, who essentially said that there was nothing that he could do. She never signed off on any of the extras, like they typically have me do at Jiffy Lube, and my regular mechanic, who would have charged considerably less for this job. She paid it, so she could get her SUV back, but I can assure you that we'll be disputing this bill. Manager, please don't bother giving me the same public relations response that you have given other when you get a bad review. If you cared, this would have been discussed WHILE SHE WAS THERE, not after someone posts that you've done a poor job, lying and miscommunicating with her. read more

One of my cars I was putting 3k close to every month. I am a DIYer and I dont trust oil change places but these guys made me trust them. Was a bit suprised however that you actually get to sit in your vehical the whole time they service it.
