They had to order the size I needed and they had them in no time! Came back to get them put on less than a hour before they closed and they got me right in and got them mounted and installed. I then brought them my 2018 Silverado 1500 that needed a front end alignment. Since I leveled the front it can be tricky to get the alignment right and I had a bad experience with a "Big Box Tire Shop." But not at Rayco they nailed the alignment and it's back to being a smooth ride again! Will be back again!

I said...i just told you what it was. So he looks up God knows what and says "$2500 or $1100. Just for the part because its connected to your catalytic converter " "No. It isnt. My intake manifold is not attached to anything dude" He proceeds to tell me how he "isn't an asshole"..but that "this here is the part..attached to your CC" I roll my eyes and said..."that's my exhaust manifold. I never even mentioned exhaust. Thank you for your time. Im leaving" "No. Um. Well I have your info if you need us" "I wont" Took car to another very reputable shop...free diagnostics. I was right and it was fixed for AT LEAST Half..the price Rayco quoted me. The part? $300 Diagnostics $0 So right there...I saved $950 Quit messing with women. Some of us come from a long line of mechanical people. I know the difference between an intake manifold...and...an exhaust. Besides the $800 price difference in the parts. They honestly thought...that i would pay..that much money FOR THE WRONG PART. AND THEN WHAT??? $400+ FOR THE RIGHT ONE? I should report this to the BBB.. Oh...and Jacob(the owner. His phone was off and he was unavailable to give authority do a diagnostic for free..but that is ok I learned my lesson..for free...because I'm not just a female...I know what I'm looking at under a hood of a car. You should all be ashamed of yourselves. Acting like you are doing people a good service...and the guys in the garage bay are using all kinds of colorful words...and attempting to screw over a woman. Even after I told him he was looking at the wrong part that needs replacing. Stay away...especially if you are a woman....bring your hubby..brother. dad. Anyone .

I discovered this issue today when I found oil spots in my driveway...one spot for each day since my service. I visited a sister store today closer to where I live where I was told that I would need to go back to the store that performed my service. I was also informed by the franchise I visited that if the bolt was cross threaded it would require the replacement of my oil pan. I'm hopeful this will be done by Jiffy Lube, if required. I will be visiting the store that performed this service tomorrow morning and will report back on their response. - JF

The gentlemen who helped me got me in and out quickly, and they took care of everything: fresh oil change, new air filter, tire rotation, topped off all my fluids, and even fixed a slow leak in one of my tires. The service was efficient and professional, and the prices were extremely reasonable. It's not easy to find a place that's both fast and thorough, but this Jiffy Lube delivered on all fronts. The last time I had an oil change they ran the codes and told me that I would have to get my entire catalytic converter and leaky radiator replaced or I would fail my next inspection, and quoted me $2300. So when the check engine light popped at EXACTLY the right time to cause my inspection to fail, I panicked and assumed that I would have to throw a ton of money at my poor little car to keep it street legal... ...enter Bradley's Auto Service, who diagnosed it as a simple exhaust leak. For less than the price of what AAA quoted me for the radiator alone they repaired the leak, replaced the radiator, and re-inspected the car (it passed this time, wooohooo!) in one afternoon. Now I don't have to worry about being pulled over, having poor commuters get stuck behind me while merging on the parkway because it takes fifteen minutes to get up enough inertia to go the speed limit, or waking up the whole neighborhood while driving down the street. And the whole thing has stopped shaking like it's about to explode which is a nice perk too I guess. Thank you Bradley's Auto! I am eternally grateful for your honesty and efficiency. He broke…read morethe cover underneath my car when they took it off to drain the oil and never said anything I went home on Saturday was home on Sunday got on the highway on Monday to hear it snap onto the ground by the time I got home the thumping was so bad I couldn't go over 50 I had to get a new plate from the dealership and pay somebody to put it back on I've been going to jiffy lube for over 20 years I will never go back again I don't know what happened but they're not training their technicians properly and they didn't even say anything they just let me drive out with it broken. My car only has 48,000 miles on it.

My favorite aspect of this shop, in particular, happens to be that they guarantee all of their work so if something goes wrong with the replaced or fixed part, whatever time limit they have agreed-upon; depending on the price points and work you got done, you get it repaired, again, completely for free (just in case you didn't know/fully understand what "our work is fully guaranteed" means). I came in to see about getting a new headlight bulb installed on my Nissan (after purchasing the…read morebulb from Autozone), and walking in to the place - I immediately overheard cursing and offensive language (which should have been my first clue) from a man named Robert Bell. I asked Robert, apparently the manager of this place (?) if he could install the bulb, and he said it would take an hour and a half and cost about $150.00. Intuitively, this felt very wrong - so I went to get a second opinion at AZ One Stop Service Center in Neptune, where I was greeted by a very polite fellow who said he would install the bulb for $20.00, and it would only take a few moments. Needless to say, Robert Bell of B&A Quick Lube Auto Repair is both lacking in manners, and business ethics and I would never go near that establishment again. Unfortunate, because the Sunoco attendants are actually quite nice. Whatever you do, DO NOT take your car here for service, and be sure to get a second opinion if you're considering it, because these people are thieves.

Stay away from this shop if you value your time and money…read more I dropped off my 2017 Audi Q7 after hours and left a written note clearly stating that the steering rack had failed after a storm. I wasn't asking them to diagnose an unknown issue--I already knew the problem. I simply needed to know if they were able to repair it. Instead, they kept my vehicle for four days, then called me only to tell me exactly what I had already written in my note. After that, they admitted they couldn't perform the repair because they don't have anyone who can program the steering system. If they knew they weren't equipped to do this type of repair, they should have told me immediately instead of wasting four days of my time. They then charged me $170 for a diagnosis I never requested and even listed inspections that I never authorized. The worst part was their attitude. When I questioned why I was being charged for something I had already identified myself, instead of trying to resolve the issue professionally, they threatened to call the police. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this shop. I felt that my time and money were not respected, and I will never return. I strongly encourage others to look elsewhere for honest and professional service.
