Im not sure how you can score this place less than 5 stars. I have had nothing but great experiences here. Rachel has been my tech 2 of the 3 times there and she was amazing. Im sorry I dont remember the other guys name but he was equally great. Drive in, sit in your car, staff is very personable. Of course they try to upsell you on some products. That is their job. Go into this experience being educated about your car and you are fine. OR just say no unless you know you need extra service. This is a great check. They fill all your fluids, check the lights, etc. I will continue to use Valvoline. read more

**DO NOT bring in any type of German vehicle here, as they will not even have the correct oil you need.** I shouldn't have returned to this place after they spent 20 minutes trying to figure if they have the oil for my car in stock. I had to go buy my oil from autozone, then paid Valvoline to change it for me. It took a whole 5 days for the oil to start leaking out of not one, but TWO spots. They did not place the filter in my vehicle correctly and the drain plug was completely loose. This was, of course, after it had leaked all over my driveway. read more

I had a bad experience getting my oil changed at Valvoline on Bullsboro Drive today! There were 2 cars in the bays and 3 more ahead of me and a 30 minute wait. So I waited. When it came my turn, they took another car ahead of me that came 15 minutes after I did and l let them know I was upset about it. Not one person has yet to apologize. I called my husband and he said they did the same thing to him the last time he was there. After I paid and pulled out, I told the guy I wouldn't be back. Being new to Newnan, I have to refill my bucket of trusted vendors and merchants. Finding a place for car oil changes, sans pushy sales spiels, could not be put off any longer, so I checked for on-line coupons, found one for $10 off, and hit the road. At the shop. I was flagged into the bay like a jumbo jet taxiing to a gate. The whole process took 18 minutes due to having the tires rotated. The mechanics each have their assignments, and they call out their statuses so that the other team members can coordinate. Very military and competent (I have never used the two previous words together in a sentence). Best of all, I was spared from further attempts to breach my wallet. Don't waste your money! We went here got right in they told us 40$ for a basic oil change. Got in they charged me for extra oil a special filter and by the end of our oil change we paid 55$ for one. My husband watched them and asked if they filled our fluids up and the women said yes and only when my husband said something they then filled only the washer fluid up! Let me just say that I have RARELY experienced a service station of this quality, professionalism, and good old fashioned southern charm. That's coming from a transplanted New Yorker. They take pride in the fact that they have such a loyal customer base that people will actually come to west central Georgia from as far away as Alabama and Tennessee. They REALLY impressed me when my senior citizen mother noticed one morning that she had three tires that went low on her overnight when the weather dipped dramatically. She went there to see if they could or even would help her for something as simple as filling tires with air. They not only did it but they were kind beyond compare and treated her the way we all want our mothers treated. They got her in and out quickly and didn't even charge her for there time. I cannot express how much I trust this location and HIGHLY recommend them and can honestly say that they have a customer for life. read more
