Mantrell, the manager, explained that the location is under new management, and it absolutely showed. He was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient -- all while taking deliberate care with my vehicle. The team members I interacted with (Aron, Ethan, Mike, and Ash) were equally impressive. Every one of them carried themselves with professionalism and courtesy. This was an ok experience - the staff members were nice and informative but I felt things moved rather slow . I waited well over an hour to get in with 2 people in front of me - the person in the bay when I got there was there for well over 45 minutes . I know it can take longer for some vehicles vs others but it seemed rather excessive. I liked how they showed on the computer on how much you were paying so you can see all cost up front . They explained a few things I may need to replace but was not pushy about it. Second oil change on my new diesel truck. $361 and change for oil change and fuel filters. Took it home and didn't drive it much as we had a couple of snowstorms. I walked past it after the snow melted and noticed a large oil stain on the driveway. Took it back in and Timothy who I'm assuming was the manager said it was "frame oil" that spilled during the procedure. The whole underside of the truck was soaked with oil and the large stains on the driveway as well. Spent a good chunk of the day cleaning up oil under the truck and scrubbing the driveway clean. Double checked the filter and it was hand loose. tightened and it seems ok for now. Very sloppy workmanship. read more

For starters, I was on my phone when the gentleman came to tell me about the inspection; and the first thing he said is "I'm assuming you're talking to someone who knows about cars?". I knew at that point, I wasn't going to return. But I let it go until recently, for the first time in my history with the car, my oil light came on. low oil and still have two months and over 2000 miles to go. It was the first time I took my car outside of the dealer and the price difference wasn't worth it. I decided that before the oil light, but now... I'm gonna pay for this choice. Untrained service techs. This is the 3rd and last time I will use this location for an oil change. I took my new truck in for the first oil change. After the oil change, I had a very large oil spot in my drive. I drove back to the station and asked them to look at it. They said it was leftover oil on the frame that did not get cleaned up and they handed me a 15% off my next change. A couple of days later there was mor oil in my drive. I crawled under the truck to find that my new truck's undercarriage was coated in oil. I then turned the oil filter 1.5 turns by hand plus a 1/4th turn to tighten it up. They are not properly tightening oil filters on vehicles. Be warned!!! Also, I do not want a 15% discount, I want the job done right! read more

I brought in my Toyota Corolla on June 23rd for a simple oil change. Everything was fine, or so I thought; the technician showed me my cabin filter, as usual, and I declined to get it replaced and went on my way. A week later, as I am traveling out-of-town for the 4th of July, I notice my glove box is broken. I rarely need to drive in the summer with my job, and I would not have seen it from the driver's seat, but my glove box has been completely broken on one side so it does not click into place; there is about an inch-wide gap running along the length of the glove box from the halfway point to the side of the car. I open the glove box and see that a piece on the side of the glove box door mechanism has been completely snapped off on one end. I don't know how much force that would have needed, but I'm guessing that technician must have absolutely mangled my glove box for it to be broken like that. The technician broke it, which is bad enough. It is even worse that he didn't tell me, the customer, that he broke it or try to make it right! If my family hadn't used my car to travel on the 4th, I bet it would've been months before I noticed it. I called the store today and the manager offered a discount the next time I come in. No idea how much of one, but why on earth would I want to bring in my car for a crummy "discount" that probably isn't even close to covering the cost I will spend fixing my glove box? This is my second time visiting this location and I was so happy. They were quick and professional and so helpful. The did a light check and I pointed out that I had changed the driver side front light on my own and felt I did something wrong and instead of the lights shooting out horizontally - it felt like they were shooting vertical. One of the guys started working on it right away and then went above and beyond to ensure that it was done right by pulling out this huge heavy board to shine the light on and make sure it was now in there right. After the upsell of the dirty air filter (which they almost tried to put back in my car until they saw me looking) they said it would be $21.99 to replace a total of $63.98. I mentioned I had an $8 coupon then I noticed on my receipt my air filter went to $26.99! These places WILL NICKLE AND DIME YOU if you don't pay attention. I walked out paying 65.25 for something I could have done myself or 30 bucks! Next time I'll just wait the two hours for a Walmart oil change. Staff is very friendly and quick! Just pull into the rear of the building and park in front of an open bay so they can scan your VIN into their system unless your a prior customer. They can perform some light duty repair and replacement parts too. They do accept debit/credit cards, and are open fairly early and late. read more

Stopped in, the staff was quick and friendly. Used their WiFi, flirted with a lady from Colorado, drank 3 styrofoam cups of coffee. Instant is a little false I have been waiting for 15 min for an oil change, I asked about adding a little freon to my ac and the base cost is 149.00 when I can get a can of ac pro. I think they need to have a lower rate depending on the issue. My ac works I just wanted it to be colder in the end that's all they would have done was add freon. read more

I have been a long time customer. They cracked the oil cooler housing on my New Jeep during an oil change. The oil ran out of car on way home. I called them, no tow truck. I called corporate office and filed a claim, no response. I ate the tow, repair and two hours of power washing my driveway. I'm Lucky the motor didn't blow up. This location is absolutely terrible. The workers are distracted and unprofessional. The biggest problem is the prices. They actually charged me 40 extra dollars for an oil change with no explanation. On the receipt it says extra oil change charge. They were very rude to me when i tried to ask why the extra charge. The manager explained that its just "the times ". No matter what car I take down there they always tell me I have to be charged extra for a special oil filter. The prices are always changing or going up or you're getting charged for something that they didn't even do. This location is not where you want to take your vehicle. I recommend any other location that does oil changes over Valvoline. This location just needs to be closed or have all the staff replaced. A very telling thing about this location is that on Google reviews they have it turned off meaning that you aren't able to even put a new review on google for this location because they have disabled that feature. ( this is due to them getting continuous bad reviews ) This also tells you the upper management has no intention of fixing the problems. Hopefully this place goes out of business. read more

I was there from out-of-state & needed my oil changed so bad. In my city we pull up & if the bay is full you put your car in 'park' and wait until a bay is empty & you can pull forward. I drove from Council Bluffs (where I was staying) and pulled up. The bays were full so I parked my car. An employee came out & was extremely rude, asking me what he could help me with. Um .. An oil change. After all, it's called Valvoline Instant Oil. So I told him I needed my oil changed and he told me it would be about 45 mins. This was the worst experience I ever had as far as car service is concerned and almost any service in general. They tried to talk me into all sorts of additional services that were completely unnecessary. When I demonstrated my knowledge of these issues and politely declined, they had an attitude. The cost of the oil change was $20 more than advertised and they argued with me about the kind of oil my car needed. I called the dealer right on the spot and they verified what I was saying and the valvoline people STILL argued it. Later that night, I was inspecting a filter they tried to claim needed replacement and I noticed the latch that holds the hood prop bar was broken and the bar was rigged with a wire to hold it in place. It had to be them because no one else had been under the hood since the last time I was and the latch had been fine. So, not only did they lie to me to try to get me to spend more money, but they got pissed and busted something on my vehicle. I will stick with bringing my car to the dealer. They charge less for oil changes anyway. read more
