This is not my normal location. I was in the area so I decided to stop by. For one I've never been asked if I wanted my blinkers and lights check. I usually pull in and the associate completes the full inspection on top of the oil change. My filter was pulled out. It was looked at never showed to me. The associate said this looks good and popped it back under the hood upon leaving the associate hands me my sticker to put in my window, whereas it's usually placed in my window so I won't be coming back to this location. I pray I don't have to stop here because I didn't feel the warm welcome that I feel at other locations. The pricing is the same Customer Service is definitely nowhere remotely close to what I'm used to. read more

They didn't tighten the oil filter , oil shot all over the place , took the car back to have them say it was a gasket issue had to go back 3 times for them to fix the problem, I lost time and money fixing there mistakes. They didn't want to pay for the clean up or the mistakes , I will never use them again , read more

Navarre location since they opened a long time ago. I can say they keep discount coupons in my email, sometimes 15 always at least 7dollars off standard oil change. I've had radiator,transmission and others services.... Always felt like I saved money in time alone...What dealership can you drive in, NO APPOINTMENT, and get an oil change, AND everything checked/fixed . Have you ever paid for a lightbulb at a dealership ? Yeah you won't want it. This Location is my favorite because the Manager treats me like I'm welcome. We have been on the road for almost 2 months now and needed an oil change for our Diesel Ford F-250 Super Duty truck. We first went to 2 other competitors one of which said their lift wouldn't accommodate the truck and the other was way pricier than what we normally pay. We decided to give the Valvoline Instant Oil Change a chance. I would recommend this business totally. From the Assistant Manager Bobbie to all her mechanics, we found them to be so professional and friendly. Bobbie worked with us to get a reasonable price and was a pleasure to do business with. I've been to this place multiple times!! The employees have always been awesome and have come out to greet me as soon as I pull in and ask me what they can do for me. The time before this last time I even asked the technician if she recommended an oil change because my sticker said I needed one and she said not yet you have about 15 hundred miles left. So my 15 hundred miles are up so I went there today, Saturday the 24th of February at 4:48. No one came out to my car this time awkward I know. So I'm sitting there and I start thinking maybe they close soon and look on my phone. This is at 4:54 and it says they close at 5 no worries I'll still get my oil changed. Let me tell you at this time the garage has opened for another car to pull in. Well at 5:12 a technician final comes out to my car and tells me her employees clock out at 5 and they are leaving. I was not going to put up a fight but I will let everyone know. I will find a new place in Oregon to get my oil changed. Sorry I will not use Valvoline again!! read more

This place is a rip off, oil change on my wife's SUV, 8 quarts of synthetic oil, with a $25 off coupon cost us $128.00. That, my friend is nothing short of robbery. Will NEVER EVER go here again. Will, instead, make an appointment with local dealership fir 1/2 the cost. read more

The service is just fine, if you don't mind spending more for an oil change than you would at a dealership. They're shockingly expensive ever since the ownership changed. A technician came out while I was waiting in line to say that an oil change with full synthetic oil "started at" $89.99. I said that seemed kind of high for a quick oil change place and he said yeah they get that a lot, but you can find coupons on line. Why bother? There's a place right down the street across from Walmart that charges $20 less, but I can also just go to the actual dealership and still get a more comprehensive service for still significantly less than Valvoline. read more

Me and my mom each won a free oil change. She used hers at a Valvoline across town, and they were so mean about it I was scared to go! A couple months later I got my mom to come to this one with me and the guys here were so nice about it. No questions asked, and they made sure everything on my car was running smoothly. The staff is great & fair, they don't try to upsell you or rip you off at all. This is the only place I will go for an oil change

These guys did a great job with my car. When an unexpected service charge came up for my synthetic oil they waived the fee since they didn't warn me in advance. But they were quick and attentive and made sure to show me everything they were doing. read more

This place is overpriced and slow for a quick oil change place. Cost more to get an oil change here than my last trip to the dealership.

I found myself with an overheating engine and a coolant leak, and could not make it to the store before it closed, and two of the mechanics actually drove to me with coolant and helped me out in a random parking lot. They discovered that my problem was a faulty water pump, but they still went so far above and beyond the call of duty to help this worried car owner! They will always get my business!!! read more
