Had issues with my 2022 chevy truck from the beginning... took it in and they said the noise was nothing they could do with it. Later several times I took it in because of warning lights came on and the truck would not shift out of high grear when stopping at red light. High RPM with vehicle hardly moving. Took it to a couple of dealers as each could not fix the problem. Dunns, said they found the problem this last time. Said it was wiring issue that rubbed on truck and needed to tape it up... charged was all labor over $550. They lied to GM about giving me a discount... and guess what.... the problem is not fixed!!! the engine warning light came on again yesterday. Terrible service read more

If I could give zero i would. Purchased a 2017 Yukon in 2022. Went to trade it in at another dealer to find out it's been in 2 accidents and 1 being severe. Everything on this vehicle has been replaced..oh and the accidents occurred in 2018. So 4 years before purchasing the vehicle it was in a sever accident. Went to Dunn and pretty much was told I'm out of luck. Tim the manager complained he had to spend $44.99 to run a carfax even though me as a customer is out of thousands of dollars. He can't give me anything "close to" retail because they'll just send it to auction. First week of having it they had to give me a rental due to an exhaust leak which still has an issue after going back twice. This place is a scam..im not the only one that has has this problem. I have had 2 oil changes. Each time there are marks on my car that weren't there before my appointment. I do not appreciate being laughed at because I was insistent that the major marks on my hood be removed. I have an appointment tomorrow for them to figure out why my audio doesn't work sometimes. Totally unacceptable. I will start telling everyone about my issues soon. And also, the 3 sleeves of stamps that were in my car are gone. Worst dealership I have ever been to. Bought a new 2021 Silverado which ended up needing a new cv joint. Took truck to dealership and they were very rude. Picked up truck and didn't even make it home. I took my car to the shop to get a diagnostic there and this company is so terrible. Especially advisor TIM had the worst attitude was so rude and nasty. I recommend that no body goes there to get anything done with there car . That place is terrible. I wouldn't even give it a one star. read more

For Service Dept- this is a one start because I could not give them 0 stars- Waited for an hour and a half for a simple oil change that was never completed. Was going to be another 40 minutes to complete so my vehice sat in the garage the entire time with nothing being done. Our daughter was in a single car accident on 75 southbound. When she was able to get off, she called AAA. The tow took her car to Dunn where they helped her navigate her way through insurance and helped her get a loaner. Thank you to Gwen and Stacy for their efficient work to get her back on the road. Traveling down the highway on a FRIDAY afternoon and had an urgent service message come up on our Duramax. If I could give them zero stars I would. Do yourself a favor and take your car anywhere else to get fixed to avoid the hassle. Not only did it take them two months to finish the body work on my vehicle but when I got it back they "forgot" to do some of the work which I only discovered after going over my estimate. I also was left with broken items in my vehicle, damaged window tint and a scratched front windshield. Although they fixed the tint they stated the other issues must have been that way when it was brought in (which was not the case at all) and then refused to fix it. I had to constantly stay on top of them to get my vehicle done and it was exhausting. Go somewhere where they'll take better care of your car, because I wish I would have. read more

Sales staff acted as if we were lucky to walk in the place and then they tried to sucker me out of my trade with a low ball offer on my 2000 Yukon which was less than CFC program. We have friends that said they were treated the same way, would not trust them. read more

Three hours later the price of the truck is $70,465, now tell me this, how does a vehicle's value increase $30,000 in three hours? Maybe the mention of USAA financing made them want to take advantage of a veteran? read more

I had a good experience buying my car here, but that is where the good experience ended. The service department is not open Saturdays and are only open late on Thursday. The last time I tried to schedule an appointment (for a free oil change that came with the car) I was told that there is only one mechanic on duty Thursday evenings and I would be better off scheduling another day. So now I'm supposed to miss work to have my car serviced at their convenience? I don't think so. read more

This is the worse service department. I ever had to deal with was unable to fix a parking sensor malfunction on a new 2016 Silverado. It takes over 2 hours for an oil change with an appointment. Stay away! read more

Terrible experience and I will never recommend this place nor by a car here. I called about a car listed FOR SALE on there website. Im told it's actually not for sale until the end of next month. I call back inquiring more info and am told it is for sale. Then I mention my earlier conversation and I was told I would be called back. A half hour later I call because I didn't get a call back and speak to a Joe who makes mockery of the situation and says it's a mistake. How do you mistakenly put a car for sale? Secondly why wouldn't you want to sell the car to get it off the lot. I believe there's something shady going on and I will be reporting them to the BBB. read more

If I could give a negative review, I would. I took my vehicle here after Dunn Chevrolet was recommended to me. I wish I had not. In less than a month, the service department found over $2000 worth of repairs on my vehicle, even though another Chevy dealership in the area a few weeks before had done an oil change and checked the vehicle out. After the initial repair, a fuel pump control module, the wires were left undone and were damaged as a result. The service department then charged an additional $200 to correct their mistake. After that, I had them do a tire rotation which resulted in my rear brakes being "completely broken" as the service writer stated. When asked to put the vehicle back in its original state, they could only go ahead with the repair and charged me an additional $400. I will not be bringing my vehicle back to Dunn Chevrolet and would not advise anyone else to utilize the service department. If you do choose to use Dunn Chevrolet, plan on spending $400, that's the average price of a repair. read more
