I went here to get my oil changed. I love that they had so many open bays that you just drive up in and stay in your car and they do everything for you. Don't get me wrong, there was a lot of embarrassing moments too. I totally kept hitting the rails driving my car up, just like I do in those drive thru car wash places, and they had to keep correcting me...and I couldn't figure out how to high beam them so they could check my lights and kept spraying my windshield with water instead...I mean, I know I know how to do this stuff but the pressure is on when someone is watching you! They pull up a Carfax sheet to let them know what you have done recently for your car and what things you should do now or soon in the future and give you a run down of all their prices for everything but never pressure you into getting anything. Didn't even ask if I wanted anything extra besides oil, but gave me prices for everything else and checked my filters, fluids, lights, oiled my door hindges and washed my windows. By talking to you and doing all of this extra stuff, the ten min oil change was done before I realized how much time had passed and it was actually cheaper than some of the other places I've gone in our area. They do not service European cars. We have taken my BMW here several times. Today, 8/14/2021, I tried to get my oil changed. They looked really busy, so I was going to come back tomorrow. Before I could close my door, I was stopped by an employee and told they do not service European cars and only two places did--Christian Brothers and Caliber. He was a little rude. I told him that I wasn't mad. We had just brought my car here before. He said the change happened recently. They need to put that on a sign out front. I saved a lot of money. My husband ended up doing it himself. read more

My wife took our car here for an inspection. They immediately tried convincing her she need extra services. We had just gotten the car back from the dealership, so we know that nothing else was needed. She told them to only do the inspection, so then they tried telling her that it didn't pass the emissions test. They gave her a line of BS trying to confuse her into spending more money in order too pass the inspection. She called me and I told her to just go somewhere else. She ended up going around the corner to The Car Scientist right after she left. The Car Scientist had her in and out within 15 minutes with a PASSED inspection. We'll never go to this place again. They have a bunch of crooks trying to take advantage of women. read more

My daughter and I came here to get her tires aligned. When done, the technician initially said they were unable to align the back tires as we needed to buy something to get it done. When we asked what needed to be done, he came back after checking in with another technician and said that they just didn't have enough time to fix it. It was not closing time so I was unsure why they didn't have enough time. We agreed to bring it back the next day to be worked on. They said it would take 30 more minutes for the back alignment. My daughter brought it back the next day and stayed there for 1 hour and 45 minutes until done. She said they were helping other cars before her. read more

Scheduled an appointment online and showed up about 15 minutes early. There were about 4 other cars being worked on when I arrived. A 10 minute oil change and 25 minute tire rotation turned into 2 hours. Not only did they take their sweet time, but they had the audacity to try to up-sell me too. I am so beyond impressed with this mechanic. First and foremost, they were extremely honest from the start. They immediately looked at my tires and explained how one would not pass inspection. Within an hour, they had a new tire at their shop and about twenty minutes later, I had a new tire on my car. They cleared out the lobby for me to sit in socially distanced when it's normally closed due to being very pregnant. Their prices were far more than fair and the manager was amazing. Great place to get an oil change at a fair price. Staff is friendly and quick with the oil changes, inspections and tire repair/rotations I've had here. Only issue I've had was one of the inspections I didn't pass because of my tint being too dark (which it probably was) even though it passed at the dealership. read more

I used to come here often. Came today to see why my car was making noise. I decided to go to lunch with my husband and then go home and do some work. This was at 12:45. At 3:30 I still had not heard so I called and the one employee seemed confused why I had not received a call back. Was told I needed axels but would have to call the dealer for pricing. So I called and got the quote myself. Went to get my car (waited forever and wasn't acknowledged), young man checked me out and said it would be $20. For what?! He said the VIS. I said I don't know what that is and you need to tell people. He told me he said we would do a VIS (cost never mentioned). I asked to speak to the gentleman who inspected my car because I had further questions. He couldn't find him but i had to pay the $20 anyway. I still have no idea what exactly my car needs and what it will cost to fix. Waste of time and money. Very disappointed. Will def be going elsewhere in the future. read more
