I've been meaning to leave this review since December 2025, but initially I just figured I just wouldn't go back and moved on. But I just got my truck back from a trusted mechanic and it reminded me exactly why I need to say something. I used to trust this shop back when it was Integrity Tire. Since EAS Auto took over, the entire feel of the place has changed. The first time I brought my truck in after the ownership change, they tried to sell me over $2,000 worth of repairs, including replacing the head gaskets, in addition to a new serpentine belt "with obvious cracking" on a truck with only 70k miles. That immediately raised red flags because a couple months prior I had the truck inspected by a highly reputable mechanic, and the only things they found were brakes and transfer case fluid. Still, I second-guessed myself because EAS acted so confident and pushy about the repairs. Fast forward to now: I just had the truck looked over AGAIN by a trusted mechanic and specifically told them to check for ANYTHING that needed attention. Their answer? Rear brake pads and an oil change. That's it. So if I would've blindly listened to EAS Auto, I could have been out thousands of dollars for repairs that apparently were never needed. What really bothered me was that the same lady at the front counter who handled my visit was also the one pushing repairs on the young girl sitting there while I waited. She carried herself like there was absolutely no chance she could be wrong and talked with the confidence of someone presenting catastrophic issues that needed immediate attention. Maybe some of the repairs were legitimate, maybe not, but the sales pressure and certainty behind it felt exactly like what they did to me. The difference is I was comfortable saying, "No, I'll have my mechanic look at it." The honesty and trust that Integrity Tire used to have feels completely gone. I won't be back, and I'd strongly recommend getting a second opinion before approving expensive repairs here. read more

They were able to install my new tire sensor, but that made my balance off on the tires. I will have to redo the balance on them.

I Have been using EAS Tire & Auto for the past three years sense moving to Windsor,They have done a Superior job on all my Auto needs. I drive a BMW,AND thought my oil changes would be very expensive, not with this company, no their prices are so reasonable. I Stopped by today to have them fix my front tire because it was leaking air, forty five minutes later all fixed and NO CHARGES JUST A FRIENDLY SMILE AND A WISH FOR A PLEASANT DAY I was so pleased .. Absolutely abhorrent to charge my wife $850 just to diagnose an oil leak. There is only a handful of places where it could leak from and you need to "take it apart" to locate it when you could lift it and use a flashlight and some elbow grease. This is ridiculous, we just wanted to make sure other people knew of this blatant thievery. read more

Employees are glad to tell you what repairs are needed for your vehicle, even when said repairs are not needed! Purchased a new set of tires and told them I needed an alignment also. (I had replaced the upper and lower control arms, as well as the ball joints) They then told me that the truck needed upper and lower control arms and ball joints, and that they installed the tires without an alignment! They refused to do the alignment without THEM doing the needed work (that wasn't really needed, because it had brand new properly installed parts.) ensuring that the tires would wear quickly. Who installs new tires on a vehicle which the owner stated that the bad alignment had destroyed his tires, then tells said owner that they refuse to do the alignment? EAS Tires in Windsor, that's who! Not only would I not recommend, but would in fact warn potential customers (victims) of this place! (Coincidentally, when I walked in the door, they were telling a lady almost word for word, the same thing they wound up telling me.) read more

I have read some negative reviews about EAS but my experiences have always been pleasant. Like today. I came in with a slow tire leak. They discovered a screw in the tire and fixed it quickly with no charge. Perhaps because I'd recently purchased that tire from them. As someone on an extremely limited budget, I really appreciated that. Staff is always nice and helpful. I will definitely return for any additional work. read more

Took my Subaru in for an air conditioner check, oil change and tire rotation. Instead, service advisor had the entire vehicle looked over and never addressed the air conditioner. They had my vehicle for 3 hours. Although they had my prior address they tried to tell me they only bought the building and therefore didn't have the records of service for my car, so I was charged for a tire rotation even though I had bought my tires thru Integrity Tire who owned the business before EAS - (thus too, the reason they could tell me my prior address). Clearly, if they had the former address they had my records also. Manager totally supported the advisor, not recognizing or giving a flying monkey that my time too, is valuable and I planned this visit for the specific items I'd mentioned to the service advisor. Manager told me to call and make an appointment to get my AC looked at. That's not going to happen. They should have listened to me when I entered the building, but they had their own agenda and followed through on that. To top it all off, when he rang me up, the receipt should have been $88.something, but it read $188.something. When I said "what the heck" I was told this was an honest mistake. I don't see much at EAS that would bring me back. My time is as valuable as theirs, and I don't care for their style of doing things. I don't see a ton of integrity in their employees, too bad they didn't have the records as I'd been bringing my vehicle there for quite awhile.
