Disappointed in Les Schwab, called was given a quote for alignment, arrived 10 mins early, was told higher price by $9. (No we were.qouted different. She said I would never- I spoke to a man and was qouted that price)Asked how long it would take, told 1hr. 70 mins later, go up to ask about our car, car still waiting. No one ever said anything to us. The mechanic came in, we asked about our car, he looked confused. Lady at desk, oh car before yours had trouble he is getting yours now... how long now? We have another appointment. ... told oh only an hour. 45 mins later, we have our car. Unprofessional and unorganized Never again. read more

I've been going to this store since it opened but over the last 3-6 months I've had bad experiences. It started 5 months ago when my daughter's tire had a nail I. It. The tires were brand new with less than 5000 miles on them. The sales guy tried to tell me they were under the safe limit and needed replaced.. I had a different tire place in Pierce look at them and they confirmed they were in great shape. Second situation was yesterday. I took my jeep in to have some 35" tires mounted. They quoted me $358 just to mount 5 tires! In the past I'd paid $150 with them to swap winter tires on my car.. when I asked why the price was so high they just said it was because the tires were bigger. I asked if they were harder to mount, or if they required extra supplies and they said no. Again I send to the tire shop on Pierce and the mounted and balanced the 5 tires for $140... from now on I'll be taking all business to Schroeder Tires in Pierce. read more

Brought my husbands' truck in to patch a tire he had plugged while hunting. We haven't been here and I also have no clue what I'm doing. Got checked in and an account setup super easily. I don't know the year or details of our pickup so the front desk person was kind enough to help me translate "the big dirty Chevy with a camper shell" to a more appropriate description. It was done in just over an hour and when my husband went to pick it up we weren't charged. Really appreciated the service and speediness. read more

Always the best service. This time, my tire pressure warning message came on so I stopped in without an appointment. They gladly checked the pressure and filled the tire that needed air. No charge and only the nicest people. I will never go anywhere else. read more

Giovanni and his crew did a great job on our vehicle!! We came in for brakes and he made us aware our front shocks were leaking. He texted us pictures and gave us options and was fine if we did not do the work. After we discussed and called him back he was able to preform the work the same day!! Was super impressed by when you walk in they greet you right away with a great attentive attitude. Other shops we have been to do not have this level of service. We will be back for sure. read more

My SUV had front end damage and I needed to replace the front tires. I am retired and very limited income so shopped around. Several other tire stores insisted on selling me 4 tires for far more money than I could afford. Worse, the rear tires were not needed. Would have been a complete waste. Even worse, they had to be ordered and wouldn't be available for days. I called Les Schwab in Windsor - spoke to Josh - and explained exactly what I needed. He gave me by far the best price and agreed to do the work in the next 30 minutes. Drove there immediately and was done in an hour. Car drives great. Great Job. Got two back flats. Screws in tires, salesperson said on Crossroads someone spilled screws. 3 in one tire 1 in the other. Looked on Yelp saw reviews and thought why not? It is close and convenient. Waited a bit however, they were polite and awesome. Free pop corn and coffee, my husband liked that. Clean waiting area, with a television. Repaired the tires and did not cost a thing. Just our time! I took my car into another shop for an inspection and oil change just down the street from LS and they "found" $3500 of repairs I supposedly needed. Called LS and got a better estimate for parts/labor. Took my car in a week later once the parts were in and lo and behold- they said I didn't need any of the parts the other shop said I did. Outstanding customer service! My daughter goes to school at UNCO and she needed a new tire for her car before coming home (Southern California) for the summer. We initially ordered the tire through Costco more than a week ago with a promised date of today. She called to confirm that order and install and Costco Tire Center said that the tire had not arrived and had actually not shipped yet. She called a second Costco and, while they had (4) of the exact tires in stock, they refused to sell her just (1), telling her that they did not want to break up the set. So, she could be (4) or nothing. WTF? She reached out to Les Schwab and they really went above and beyond! They did not have the tire, but called several locations and located one for her. Immediately had it picked up and within about an hour of her calling in, she was driving off with her newly installed tire. I just got off the phone with her and the first thing she said when I picked up the phone was, "10 out of 10!". Price was right, service was outstanding! I can say nothing but good about Les Schwab and their people. I have been a customer of theirs for years and visited this location for the first time. I arrived at 5pm with multiple screws in multiple tires. Their friendly staff was literally running to take care of me. Other tire place tried to upsell me on a very expensive fix i did not need when trying to get an alignment. Went here to get a second opinion and they aligned my car with no upsell. It may have been a little more expensive but worth it. read more
