Yes, it is true. This place is a predatory lending dealer. Mr. Dubois stated to me that the Dealer markup price is non-disclosed. The issue with this is under Chapter 348 (MVIS) all charges, fees, must be full disclosed. I've now lost a lot of trust in this Dealership as it seems they're doing stuff that's not within bounds. ought s truck in dec of 24. when I bought the truck there were a few issues with it the the GM told me they will make sure the truck is fixed 100%, as well ad told me anything found to be wrong in the first 3k miles, they would be taken care of. ISSUES FOUND sunroof non functionsl, and leaking heated/cooled seats non functional oil pan gasket leak mirrors non functional tires not matching check engine light squeaking from under nesth only 1 key truck went to shop for 2 weeks in march came back only mirrors replaced, was told sunroof was fixed, this was not the case, check engine light was off, but came back after 100 miles. kept truck for a week, back in shop another 2 weeks. tires replaced, check engine light off, told sunroof was fixed. check engine light back on after 1 day, sunroof worked, was leaking still. oil pan gasket replaced. kept truck 1 week, back in shop for 3 weeks. replaced tie rods, sunroof still leaking, check engine still there. service manager called me, advised they are not going to put any more into the truck, they already put over 10k in repairs. i spoke with GM at dealership in Houston where I bought truck he said let him try to get it in and fixed. Discover water in the doirs sloshing around, advised GM of that to. truck went back in for 3 weeks, sunroof finally not leaking, when it came back. check engine light still on. service manager called again, i disputed with him again, he went on to say the first place he sent the truck charged very high hourly charge, thus because they charged so much, the owners told him no more, they werent going to fix anything else. i argued not my fault where they sent my truck, not my fault thst shop charged so much, advised they still owe me the check engine light issue, and the heated and cooled seats to be fixed. i asked to have the owners call me since they are denying fixing. since Dec my truck has been in shop 11 weeks through 7/15 of 2025. unresolved- check engine/ seats read more

This company has terrible Customer Service. Esther is a horrible customer service rep. They refuse to take payments because you won't do their job for them like verify my insurance. And when I told them to do it Esther refussed to take my payment and hung up on me. Jordan the Supervisor dodges calls because he know that the Customer Service has a lot to be desired!! They charge you DAILY INTEREST which is not known to you because they make you sign contract on your phone without allow ing you to read what you sign until it has already been signed. If I could give zero stars I would. For starters I purchased a 2014 Kia Sorento from them on 03/10/2022. On the morning of 03/11/2022 the Kia wouldn't start so I was forced to get a jump from a neighbor. It was raining as well and I proceeded to leave my apartment complex and once I started to drive the car was very hesitant and would not accelerate properly and I started to slide around the road almost causing an accident with my two small children in the car. My tire light was on as well so I immediately pulled over to a discount tire. They checked my tire pressure and informed me that I had a slow leak in my back left tire. They also informed me that my two front ties needed to be replaced and showed me on their hand held that my tires in the front were at a (3) which was BAD. I than made a call to the car lot and let them know of everything that was going on and was told that is was nothing that they could do. I returned the vehicle on 03/11/2022 with keys and asked for my money back. I was told by the salesman I worked with that I would need to reach out to the manager but more than likely all he was going to do was drive the car and say nothing was wrong with it. I than sat and waited on my ride to come and I left the Kia there with them. I than reached out to the manager via email so that I could keep everything documented and he told me that I needed to refer to my arbitration agreement because I told him I would be contacting an attorney and I wanted to know a ETA on the turn around for my payment. I proceeded to email him in regard to this matter of starting the arbitration process. This is what I sent via email as well and haven't gotten a response. "To qualify for binding arbitration, a property owner must file a Form AP-219, Request for Binding Arbitration(PDF), together with the required deposit(PDF) payable to the Comptroller's office, with the appraisal district within 60 days of receiving an ARB order of determination."
