The menu says all entrees come with bread and salad, but I leave the Galloway location and get all the way to Baylor Sunnyvale only to open the paperbag to find there is no salad. . I call and ask why there wasn't a salad. I was told because I ordered on the app,"I should have specified that I wanted the salad." What craziness is this? It cannot be that hot that the ability to be rational has completely gone out the door? I repeated, " I should have specified I wanted the salad? It says entrees come with bread and a salad. It is expected because that is what the menu says. What is this?" Then I was given even more insanity. The lady who answered the phone continued," Well, we don't know if you want the salad and we don't know what dressing you want. We have people who call back because we have them the wrong dressing, so next time, just put that in the comments to the kitchen section." F N really? So, let me understand this. You purposefully leave my salad out, the one that comes with the meal I paid for and expected. Because the website doesnt allow me to pick a dressing, you take it upon yourself not to give me a salad at all and then don't bother to ask me if I want the salad that it comes with and what dressing would I like because I ordered via the app. Kinda would be reasonable to toss in a ranch dressing, if one is betting on a generic dressing for salad, if it is that much of a torment, since 50% of the southern population would be ok with ranch dressing on their salad. I am in the drive-thru, the fridge can't be that damn far away that this can't be resolved in 30 seconds. The way this scenario should go: "What dressing for your salad?" I say, "Ranch". Easy. Not, "next time you use the app, put in the comment section if you want the salad or not." I can't. I used to live to eat and now I eat to live and my no-bullshit meter trumps food. This type of idiocracy makes it easy for me from not to return. Also on the child spaghetti, the picture has a couple of meatballs, so that is the visual. There is no wording to deter you to something else, just "Child's spaghetti" and the attached picture showing a bowl with a couple of meatballs. Great! Anyone who was ordering would think this is what you would get. There was no meat. The picture is misleading. Maybe the app needs fixing...yes...but if you are aware the entree comes with the salad, just give it to the customer whether the person pays online to take it to go or sits in the restaurant to eat. Your menu says it comes with it, then that is what is expected just like the price for that entree you expect to get in return. Maybe I should tell PayPal to return my money because Joe's Pizza really should specify in the comment section of the receipt that they expect payment.
