His caregiver had to call not once twice but three times to request transportation from the doctors office to his home which is a 16 minute drive. The owner of the company told my father's caregiver, twice, that it would be 25 to 30 minutes. My hundred-year-old father and his caregiver waited one hour and 13 minutes to be picked up from the doctors appointment and taken home. If that's not bad enough, the owner was very rude to my father's caregiver. I don't know what sort of "faith" he follows, but we want nothing to do with that! Don't for a minute, believe that this is a professional, Christian transportation service because it is anything but.

He arrived on time to pick me up. Again he greeted me and said he hoped my appointment had gone well. And when a car cut him off and he had to brake quickly, he immediately apologized to me. I arrived home on time. He told me he hoped I had a wonderful day. After having a HORRIBLE experience with another transport company (14 total trips), my driver with A1 was absolutely wonderful. Not once was I stressed out or anxious. I look forward to using A1 for all my future appointments. I commend the company and my driver for maintaining a high standard of care for their passengers.
