There were plenty of washing machines available, top washers, front load washers in different sizes depending on the amount of clothes. They do have an ATM in case you want to get cash, to get change in Quarters from the coin machine. There is a almost $3.00 fee for the ATM so best to bring your own cash or coins. You also have the option to pay with your card, by scanning a QR code or using a debit card machine by entering the machine number. The person in charge of keeping the place nicely stocked and clean was very helpful in explaining us first timers how to use the washing machines, different types of washing settings, when to add the detergent and about how many minutes they would take. He also explained that with $1.25, you can dry the clothes, add more coins if you need more time on the drying. They have vending machines with snacks, drinks while you wait. The other vending machines include detergent, softner and dryer sheets. There also TV, Arcade games. There is a restroom you can use for a quarter and sinks with soap dispenser by the washing machines.

One of the biggest perks for me is that you don't need to bring cash. You can easily use their mobile app, which makes the whole process so much more convenient. (If you prefer, you can still use quarters on all the machines and their change machines are always working. I've never seen them out of service.) The machines themselves are top-notch. They clean my clothes thoroughly, and I'm using about half the amount of detergent I normally would, thanks to their high-efficiency design. The spin cycle is excellent too clothes come out damp instead of soaking wet, which makes drying much faster. Speaking of dryers, they're super reliable. Only one was out of service, which is impressive compared to other places where it feels like half the machines are broken. Cleanliness is another huge plus. The employees are constantly cleaning during their shifts, and it really shows. The place is always spotless. I did have a minor issue once when a machine threw an error code, but Johnny was extremely helpful. He went above and beyond to fix it quickly, and I didn't lose a bunch of time something I've definitely dealt with at other laundromats. Yes, the prices are a little higher, but when you're using way less detergent (which, let's be honest, costs a fortune these days), it definitely evens out. I honestly hate to recommend this place because I know it's going to get busier but it's just too good to keep to myself. If you're thinking about trying it, don't wait. You'll be glad you made the switch. I'm a creature of habit, so changing laundromats wasn't easy for me, but I'm really glad I did. Plus, a few extra bonuses: you can take the carts out to the parking lot so you're not stuck carrying heavy loads, and there's always plenty of parking available! They do close at 10pm, so just be mindful of that because I've seen a few rude ppl trying to do laundry last minute.

Machines are broken or don't work properly. Of the 4 washers that I used, 2 did not perform…read moreeffectively. My clothes finished "washing" on a 4 and 6 load machine and the washer never pulled my conditioner and bleach. I asked the lady working here if they could restart my machine to manually add the bleach and conditioner- she said no because she can't, and she told me that's the reason we should be paying attention to our machines, and that we are responsible for adding water manually from the sink to the bleach and conditioner container for them to go through. She said that's why the signs are posted. No signs on this unit say such thing. Since she told me to add them and add water, I did so, and my clothes washed on the rinse mode and so never rinsed. All I wanted was for my machines to be restarted. Given that my clothes washed on the rinse mode, they didn't really rinse, i called the number and the person I spoke to said that he would have this fixed. Later on- While I was drying my clothes the lady came back and said she was told to start new washers for me free of charge, at this point my clothes that were not rinsed were being dried and I just needed to go because I have work to catch. I asked her if I could get my money back for those 2 machines and she said no, only 2 paid washers if I run my clothes again. I don't understand why someone is not here physically managing this place in case issues like this happen. I paid 7 dollars for a 6 load and 6 dollars for a 4 load- and I lost this money. Go elsewhere, my recommendation. If you do decide to come here, don't forget to bring a big cup to flush the bleach and conditioner manually in case your machine doesn't pull it properly during the cycle.

When it ended, there was so much soap and it was clear the machine did not work properly. I called the guy over and he just shook his head and reached his hand and discovered the bubbles that were obvious from the outside and shook his head again. I asked him what for $10 to run the machine next to it. He shook his head. He did not speak English and I do not speak Spanish, so I had help of a fellow customer and he continued to shake his head and simply shrugged and started cleaning the floor where the bubbles fell out from opening the door. I hope management makes it right as I left a message, but for now, they have rude and unwilling staff to assist you, also putting in quarter by quarter for a large $10 machine is bunk. Get with the card times. I'd do 0 stars if I could
