The menu is quite extensive, maybe a little too much but it seems they do a good job. The waitress was very friendly and helpful. This place was very accomodating to the kids- they brought out paper and crayons for the kids and even added some fruit to their kids plates and brought an extra since they were splitting. Their fries are homemade and hand cut- they might need to be fried a little longer because some were soft or perhaps cut smaller but they were good. They make their sauces, dressings, soups, etc from scratch. My mom said even the salad croutons seemed to be homemade. I tried the tomato soup but next time i want to try the french onion. There's really a lot of things i want to try! I got the appetizer crab cakes- they needed a little something, some more flavor, salt, seasoning or something in my foodie opinion but they were good overall. I think there's a lot of things on the menu to explore to find out favorites. We will definitely be back and definitely recommend!

They always have peach and/or blackberry cobbler and it looks amazing but I do not like either of those. However on Sunday they have apple cobbler and it is just as amazing as it looked. They have the old fashioned long hallway walk to the ordering section that I haven't really seen since I was a kid. It brings back a lot of memories for me. They have a decent sized dining area, and a huge dance area in the back that has a full service bar and picnic tables set up for eating. We normally go into the music hall to eat and don't eat in the dining area. There's a big stage and they have live music and free dance lessons once a week.
