Kayla was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and had excellent suggestions/tips to share. We found the ones to try, and picked the one the wanted. Jacksen, the tech arrived at the predetermined time. He was quite friendly and explained that pulling the dent out probably would still leave a spot. He gave me the repair options and eventually quoted me a price for a new door. Still less than a new refrigerator...and frankly, I like mine so I want to keep it! He did mention due to shipping delays. It could take up to six weeks to receive the door. No problem, magnet went back on for a disguise In the meantime. I was contacted around 3 weeks later and my door had arrived! Jacksen came back with a partner to install. They were prompt and even cleaned up after themselves! I did have one minor issue with the divider between the two doors not closing correctly. I called the company once more and Jacksen came back to adjust. He took maybe ten minutes to fix the issue, and again was very friendly and knowledgeable. I'd use Mr. Appliance again (although I hope I don't need to for awhile)!

We had completed a manual defrost twice in two weeks and water was still building up under the basket in the bottom of the freezer. Eric came in and got right to work, within 15 minutes. He had all kinds of pieces laying on the floor and he diagnosed it as the drain line being frozen up, not clogged.
