Fantastic! I went to the clinic in salmon creek, which is about a half mile away from me. The experience there was so bad that I would rather drive to Camas than go back there. So I did. This Camas office is not only beautiful and clean, but right off the 14 and easy to get to. What a great facility. What great check-in etiquette. Hardly any wait. Every one of them is professional at every level. My NP was knowledgeable, practical, considerate, and explained everything. I was so impressed. I have been here twice: once for labs and once for urgent care. Everyone treated me with the utmost respect. I like that the waiting area is big enough for social distancing when we are sick. J waited less than 5 minutes for labs and maybe 30 minutes to be seen for urgent care during the height of the flu season. The downside is that they don't have access to all of the equipment that's available at the tech center location such as X-ray. But this is walk-in vs appointment based. Choose your need. read more

I came here for an urgent care visit because of a lingering sore throat. They checked my vitals, swabbed my nose and throat for strep and the flu, and wrote me a script. For a very simple visit of 15 minutes I was billed $700. I called their office in disbelief, but even after initiating a review of the billing codes, they assured me that, yes, $700 was the fair and correct price for my visit. This is $500 more than the most of I've ever paid for urgent care. Unbelievable. read more

My young daughter saw Dr. Joshua Colley for an Urgent Care visit and he was fantastic! He was kind and fun (he said he needed to check to see if birds were inside her ears and then made little bird noises when looking inside). 5 visits to urgent care and doctor visit with no solution or conclusion to a sore throat issue. The last urgent care he said to go emergency, right as we were at emergency, they call and say the ear nose and throat doctor is available at a other location, how did we go from go to emergency to go to a doctor office visit. They love to bill the shit out of you, mask you with steroids, but never have a resolution! I quit using them long ago, but my daughter like her doctor that we can never get in to see. I'm not sure who is the Managing Director at this site but this quite possibly the worst care facility in a 75 mile radius. But this is the 3rd time we've scheduled an appointment only to have serious miscommunication be the reason why the appointment was not fulfilled. It is incumbent upon administration to navigate for the patient all the nuances of your protocol. It is not my responsibility to understand how you conduct your patient business. This is not the first time for a miscommunication on an appointment and not the first time care has been suspect for what the patient is seeking. I believe there will be a different path to seek corrections. I'll do this knowing I'll never step foot in this building again. But you all need some serious oversight because what ends up happening is you're billing insurance to people who are navigating what appears to be the most complex care facility on planet earth! On that final note you're not the ones having to spend time on the phone reversing billing and working with your own billing department to do so. Simply atrocious. read more

I chose Vancouver Clinic as closest to my home and advice if I needed to do anything better then what I did at home . This became my nightmare when Mike Cerrato PA asked me ABUSE ! I said, No, God no, I why would I be here ? He said , very interesting as he looks at her burns . I explained what I was doing when it happened and I should of locked the iron . He informed me there is no care for burns in the clinic go to Randall's or Legacy . I asked which is better? He said Randall . So I did. The Dr briefly checked her telling me it's not as bad as . I was going to speak with a team of what happened as protocol. The next thing I knew someone wanted to take her for 15 individual images and when I replied what is going on here ? This is getting weird and crazy . I was told it's not going to go well for me if I don't . I called my daughter who was 3 hours away . I was interrogated in another room . No one cared for my granddaughter until they put me through hell. Then they put bacitracin on her and taped it up as I had done prior to visit at urgent care . No one was concerned enough to call my granddaughters parents through any of this . Mike filed a report at highest priority of child abuse which goes to CPS whom came the next day. I have severe PTSD over this and now seeking help to get my life back as it was . CPS closed the case as an accident. My daughter and her husband who were 3 hours away moving out of a home are named with mine with CPS . This shouldn't happen to anyone seeking help . Mike Cerrato has ruined my family's well being. To know your name is with people who do horrifying things to their children absolutely destroys me daily until it's false claims are retracted from CPS I struggle daily. He ripped my soul from me . This place is a mess, which is a shame because the facility is nice and many of the health care professionals and the team at the front desk are nice, but their billing, accounting and processing are not only a disaster, but it *seems* malicious, in that their billing practices are certainly suspect. I can't recommend this place any less, every single appointment our family has had here has resulted in a problem, we're going somewhere else next time. read more

Everyone else at this clinic was kind and friendly. The bad review is based on how the one receptionist (didn't get her name) treated us. She is a young, millennial brunette with fair skin, long kinky hair. I understand everyone has a bad day, but it is your job to welcome all patients, to treat them with respect and kindness (regardless how you feel)--if that is not too much to ask. Instead of checking us in, she kept questioning us in a rude, assertive arrogant manner, then eventually just passed us onto the other receptionist who was very kind (blond lady), but she had time to chit chat with the other receptionist. If having to deal with patients who ask lots of questions and is not an "easy case" frustrating to you, you are not fit to deal with the public. Your people skills are horrible, and you made us feel like we do not matter. You should go into an industry where you don't need to open your mouth. read more

I have to agree with the other two reviews. Checking into this office, establishing care and trying to follow up takes an incredibly long time. On the phone for over 50 minutes yesterday, at least 4 different transfers to get my kids' covid test results. Now because they were not properly faced to the school, I have to go through it all again. Front desk suggested I get online in myChart for faster information. But because I'm not a patient there, IT has to build me a skeleton chart and then I have to call into the clinic again to arrange "proxy" affiliation with my underage kids. I like, respect and appreciate my care providers. Let me be clear about that up front. They are terrific people and professionals. This review is of Vancouver Clinic as a business and business model. They are led or mislead by a practice manager with a fancy title. His name is Mark Mantai. Leadership startss at the top. His complete andd total unwillingness to have a conversatin with a paying customer is nothing shore of an embarrassment and sets the bar low for his team. A couple of months ago I received an email from Vancouver Clinic that simply said, "It's time for your appointment!" There was a link to schedule on MyChart so I clicked it and scheduled the appointment. I showed up for the appointment only to find that in fact I was not due for an appointment. The email was 6 months premature for an annually required review of a prescription I am required to take. I contacted Vancouver Clinic... multiple time... over and over again. I could not get past the billing clerk or the receptionist to discuss the misleading email. It seems clear the email was intended to drive revenue, not focused patient care. NO ONE in MANAGEMENT was willing to have a conversation. I called. I wrote. I emailed. I sent messages on LinkedIn... Nothing... I would even try smoke signals if I thought it would help, but the Management of Vancouver Clinic avoids customers and conflicts at all cost. A word to the wise, before you click on that simple link to schedule that next appointment, verify that you are due and it is necessary. Because once you show up it is a nearly $400 bill for fogging a mirror and passing through the fiefdom that is the magnificent Vancouver Clinic. This management group is unethical and exhibits a total and complete disregard for their patients as customers. Buyer/Patient beware. Some great doctors, *some* great front desk staff. But their billing department couldn't be worse. I just went back 2 years and found Many discrepancies! And when asked about this multiple charges for the same visit, hostility isn't a route they should take with customers. It's a shame. read more

Like all clinics, Vancouver Clinic has very good doctors and some not so good. One of their biggest problems is their system. Individual doctors do not have their own phone number so you have to go through their main number which is seldom answered in less that 15 minutes. However, if you call billing you'll get someone in less than 1 minute. It's obvious where their priorities are. They also have a bizarre waiting list for appointments. Instead of calling people based upon when they were added to the list, at 7am they send out a notice to 10 people and the first to respond gets the appointment. It's time for me to move on. This is what I want people to know about The Vancouver Clinic. This morning, at 7am, my 72 year old mother walked into the Camas location. She's a medicare patient and they wouldn't see her (in Urgent Care) because she "wasn't an established patient." She was the only patient in the facility with medical staff standing around and nobody would help. Additionally, she was an established patient 2 years ago with a specialty provider. What I want you to know about this establishment is: 1- they only care about money. I know people make similar complaints about clinicians and sometimes it's true and other times it's not. However, having been in the medical profession for 25 years myself, I can tell you with enthusiasm that this place literally only cares about money. 2 -they value mind numbing processes over patient care 3- they make patients stand at the front desk next to other patients while reviewing, out loud, their medical history (PHI). It is impossible for other patients to not hear about someone else's private medical information while checking themselves in. Not to mention, it takes FOREVER to complete the task which is why a line forms that extends out to the parking area. Yes, sometimes, people are literally standing outside waiting to check in. 4- they give patients access to their own labs and other test results but the patient has to follow-up with the clinician to understand their results. I had one lab value that was 2 times upper limit normal and I heard nothing from them until I reached out to discuss the situation. In the end, I am no longer a patient of The Vancouver Clinic and I keep meeting people who feel the same way about this group. They are a real estate company, not a healthcare company. read more

Regardless of what your insurance covers (an annual exam, for example), if you are a new patient, VANCOUVER CLINIC will code your visit so that your insurance will not cover it. Phone calls from you or your insurance company will NOT change their GREEDY little minds. read more

The urgent care website supposedly shows you how many people are in line, but when you arrive you find out it has not been updated. No bedside manner, will not refill a simple prescription if you were seen in urgent care and will require you to make another appointment, and of course charge you for another appointment, when all you need is a few more days of meds to get you through a case of shingles. read more

Got to urgent care shortly after opening, I was then instructed to wait in the waiting room. I was waiting for over an hour and a half before even called in for vitals which was triage for no reason. After another hour goes by we are finally called to the exam room to then wait another 30 minutes for a doctor to see us which was useless. In which he says he will send In a nursing assistant to preform the test, which could have happened much earlier such as after vitals. read more

Use some common sense. Don't ask the patient to arrive at 9:45am (15 minutes before their scheduled appointment) and stick them in a room for over an hour without anyone bothering to provide an update as to when the doctor will be available. It is obvious they do not consider me the customer, that would be my insurance company. Absolutely ridiculous. Good thing they already checked my blood pressure. read more
