So why did they take my $50 co-pay and run an EKG?? The front desk, while not doctors themselves, should be trained to tell potential patients right away to go the ER if their facility cannot treat the symptoms. Terrible, if not fraudulent, business practice.

He has a genuine concern for my health. I don't feel like a number, or a statistic. I feel valued. I researched doctors in Salmon Creek, and chose Dr. Mohandessi because he graduated from the University of Washington School of Medicine. Many in my family are UW grads. Also, his internship and residency was completed at PeaceHealth Southwest in SW Washington. I read his bio at the clinic. He and his wife and children live in the local community. It's important to support local businesses and employees. Our family home is here in SW Washington. I have had other PCPs before, but they retired. I made sure to find a physician in his 40's. Enough years of experience, yet too young to retire. I highly recommend Dr. Mohandessi as a PCP (Primary Care Physician). If he is not accepting new patients, I'm confident that whoever the clinic refers you to, would be excellent. Vancouver Clinic in Salmon Creek (Vancouver, WA) is my primary medical clinic. When the need arises, for me to see a specialist, Dr. Mohandessi provides me a referral, as my health insurance requires. My pharmacy is less than half a mile from the clinic. (Walgreens Salmon Creek) When I need refills, I go online and request it. Dr. Mohandessi and his staff (medical assistants) are very responsive. I can view notes and after-visit summaries, lab results, and update my medications online. To sum it up, I'm very happy as a patient at Vancouver Clinic Salmon Creek.

I did the tele visit in January and the operator insisted I pay more than my usual co pay, which I agreed to because I was sick and needed to see someone. Next issue from the week prior was my wife's visit. She paid in person yet is still receiving notices that she has an open balance. Typically if you have an open balance for more than two months you get sent to collections. This is my biggest concern. We went in person to show our receipts to the receptionist, Jolene, who seemed very helpful. She told us someone would be giving us a call in the next day or two. The people were very friendly when my wife went to urgent care, but having these billing issues still unresolved two months later is unacceptable. I can still recommend going to get decent care here but if this isn't resolved and we are incorrectly sent to collections, this will easily slip into nightmare territory. But the actual provider was nice enough to step up to the desk and actually communicate like an adult, not a spoiled child who needs a nap and yelling from back "WE CLOSE IN 10 MINUTES. There are new chairs which are reasonably comfortable, but there are FEWER in all locations. They have defaulted to backless benches in most locations. Even with the benches and chairs seating is awkward for two people, and places to sit are fewer. I will, of course, continue doing business there but I am NOT HAPPY with their recent furniture purchases. I will rate this 2-stars for furniture. 5-stars for care.

I really see no reason to go to Zoomcare, their MO seems to be delivering overpriced, underqualified care to desperate people who are not insured.

The medical staff were professionals and everyone had on a mask. All the equipment and furniture looked clean and organized. The PA-C (Bryan) washed his hands before starting the examination. This clinic is an amazingly helpful asset to our Clark County Community! My friend who is uninsured…read morewas able to call at 9am and secure an appointment for 1pm the same day. The front desk manager did a great job explaining which paperwork to fill out. I noticed she is bilingual which is a positive skill to serve a greater audience. Doctor Feldstein demonstrated excellent bedside manner in her initial physical check-up, and tests were run without any cost to the patient. Luckily, this patient did not have any infections and therefore did not require medications, though, the Doctor was totally willing to prescribe them if necessary. Keep in mind that everybody who works here is volunteering their time, and everything will be okay as long as we lead with Gratitude. I am extremely grateful to the Physicians and community partnerships that help keep this clinic alive. Additionally, the location of the clinic is the same place as the Vancouver, WA "Jim Parsley Center" and is easily accessible even if you do not have transportation because the location is on a bus line. The staff is so helpful, 10/10 Recommend! Rating this wonderful Clinic as an overall positively pleasurable doctor's office experience. Happy Holidays!
