I met the owner of Serafina Training and Boarding when she taught the puppy kindergarten classes that my little one attended at Pet People. She is a wonderful person who really knows dogs. The boarding is at her home. When we got there to drop her off, the owner already had a bed ready for her, chosen next to another high energy puppy that she quickly became good friends with. Being extremely type A, I texted/called the owner daily to check in on her. The owner was always very gracious and updated me on how she was doing and how well she was eating/sleeping. I never had to worry about her safety or happiness. The truest testament to how wonderful the place was is that the second time I had to drop my little one off, her tail was wagging as she bounced into her bed.
