If it had been a teenager, I probably would've chalked it up to inexperience, but I expected more from an adult working in customer service. What stood out even more was that the next non minority customers were greeted right away with a warm, "hi !How can I help you?" Overall, I'd rate the coffee 4 stars and the service 1 star, making it 3 stars overall. The latte was enjoyable, but customer service matters just as much as the drink.
