The flavors of the coffee are fun, but just like any coffee shop, you may get a not so great latte sometimes, and when you're paying $10-$11, your tolerance for sub-perfection is low. This location is super convenient for us and even has a drive through, yet we find ourselves avoiding it every time when it's time to choose a coffee spot. Nothing bad to say about the service or environment - all fine.

Most interesting experience I think I have had to date at a Coffee Shop Drive Thru…read more I asked which of their breakfast burritos is better and the differences between them because the names sound pretty similar and the response was "I don't know. I've never had them. Up to you, I guess." I don't know mind not having tried certain menu items, but you should maybe know the differences between them and at least tell me which customers order or like more? Also a 6 year old gave me a coffee, not the one I ordered, which isn't even the point. I am confused as to why a 6 year old is working? Eventually got the right order from the girl who originally took my order in the first place. Coffee was good. Burrito was okay. Experience was questionable? Don't know if I'd come back-- I only came because I was in the area and there a very little local coffee shops in the area so I thought I would give it a shot.

The staff... both the guy with the tablet who took my order while I was in the drive-thru line-and the gal at the window-were so warm, friendly, chill and helpful. I'd go back just to bask in their positivity! But kindness isn't the only thing on the menu. There's coffee, tea, plant-based energy drinks, Italian sodas... and dozens (I think 75) of flavors you can add to them. In a fist visit, I usually start with chai tea latte... but today I asked for suggestions and ended up with a hot hibiscus tea with added pear flavoring. It was so floral and different! Hello new year! This knocked "the usual" on its head. I'm not sure that it will end up being my favorite offering here, but yeah... here's to shaking things up! I also tried the rainbow bagel-which was pretty and tasty. I liked the chew. Next time I'll try the strawberry cream cheese with it. There are filled croissants, too... but I forgot to ask about the flavors-and you can get mini donuts, too. White Duck was founded by a couple of Seattle transplants, who wanted to bring the "two windows in a shed" model of Pacific Northwest coffee shops to the Bay Area. And that's exactly what this is-a drive thru-no indoor seating-and I didn't see any outdoor tables, either. This is grab and go. But there's parking behind the building, if you want to sit and savor a bit. The shop is way up on North Dale Mabry-near Van Dyke-on the east side, right next to a Wendy's. It wasn't busy when I first got there but there at 8:30 on a Wednesday morning, but it soon picked up. I can see why... it's so convenient and the staff is so nice. They really stand out. I can't wait to stop in again and try more! I read on the website that the owners lost a child to cancer and part of the proceeds from each purchase goes to research. Well now I just have to try all those 75 flavors! See you soon, White Duck!

It's eccentric decor and theme makes it delightfully quirky and fun to visit. Understanding that good boba tea (Ten Ren being the baseline) is hard to come by in the Tampa Bay area, Manga Tea is pretty decent. At the time of our visit, the boba-rista was incredibly friendly and genuine - her welcoming attitude definitely suited this business - so kudos to her! The Tiger and standard milk teas served their purpose, but the fruit smoothies stood out pretty well. The menu is a mix of traditional flavors and the neo-bubble drink trend (more toward the latter). There is a decent amount of sitting room at which soft-cover manga publications are situated. Aside from the manga reads, there is also a free single-player arcade and nice pay-to-play claw machine. There are also a few non-beverage/food items for purchase for those anime fans. This is definitely a great hangout spot for those that just want to enjoy other like-minded anime/manga purveyors. I wouldn't be surprised if Manga Tea hosted some local/mini ComiCon event as it would be an ideal venue. Overall, an incredibly kid-teen friendly and safe environment to grab your boba drinks from.
