And as she was drinking it and i waited for my order, they gave us another drink and told us that was hers and she should give the one she's already drinking to me without any other explanation. I will definitely say, fastest service ever. We hadn't even finished paying and one of two drinks was finished. After the payment was completed, our second drink came out. I got the cinnamon roll iced latte, it was pretty good. Had a hint of cinnamon and wasn't too overpowering. My boyfriend got the Thai tea, which was a bit watered down compared to most Thai tea. I went to Spaddy's twice in the last 2 weeks! Mornings are ~nearly~ pleasant again (weather-wise), so I'm trying to take advantage. The first of two trips, I went solo and got the pistachio-almond latte on draft. SO. GOODDDD!! It was made with oat milk and it wasn't too sweet. The next time I went with my 14-year old mentee, who got a bagel with cream cheese and a lemonade while I got a chai latte. I definitely prefer their coffee drinks. Give me that alleyway coffee any day of the week. Spaddy's is essentially a coffee truck that has set up in an alley in Seminole Heights and has built all kinds of interesting things around it. Old vans, mannequin parts, plants and murals join forces to create one of the most eclectic spots in all of the Bay area. All this design would be for naught if Spaddy's didn't have a good product. Thankfully they do. Spaddy's is probably the only coffee shop I've frequented that has convinced me to regularly purchase their special. They know how to marry unique and original in a tasty way. I remember an orange flavored latte (called the Florida Man) that really showed me how coffee can leave typical behind and become something new and fascinating. Spaddy's offers food items, I've never tried any of it. They also sell whole beans so you can bring their coffee home. I bought their Heights Blend home during my last visit. I was not disappointed. Overall, Spaddy's is one of a number of incredible coffee spaces in Seminole Heights. It has one of the most unique setups in the Bay area. I've been to Spaddy's twice before heading into work. I was looking for a cute cafe that was close to my job and I found this coffee/food truck on yelp. It definitely did not disappoint, and I love their outdoor space. The vibe is chill and the coffee is delicious! The egg & chorizo burrito has a nice flavor, but it looked and tasted like it was mostly tortilla. They need to increase the filling to tortilla ratio. I actually tried squeezing the burrito a little so it looked like there was more filling for the photo. I'll probably try one of the other breakfast options the next time I visit. Literally this may be the best coffee in Tampa... maybe the best coffee I have ever had... I was completely blown away this morning. I got an iced vanilla latte with oat milk and I didn't even know that vanilla could taste like this. I guess their in-house made syrup is the real key. It was SO good and I am SO happy with it! I've been eager to visit Spaddy's Coffee truck for some time, but unfortunately, the experience didn't live up to my expectations. The espresso in my latte was disappointingly astringent and rubbery, reminiscent of chewing on a hair tie. My group of five also found their beverages to be lacking in flavor and quality like mine. We were going to enjoy coffees and then order a bite to go but after experiencing our order decided to leave instead. The parking may not be ideal, hard to get a spot but the charming and inviting outdoor seating makes it a perfect place to enjoy a drink while walking your dog. I do prefer to support local coffee businesses so id try again, hoping i just caught them on a bad day. The service was exceptional though the cashier taking my order was so kind and welcoming. I have been coming to spaddys for many years now. At one point, I worked at ichicoro across the street (day shift) and came before every single shift. They make their own syrups in house. This is my first ever coffee shop that I had any type of homemade syrup in and it opened my eyes and sparked my heart to good energetically homemade creations. Let me tell you, it catapulted me into truly seeking coffee shops with the same elevated intentional syrups with no added yuckiness. Any where I go, if they don't make their own syrups then I simply don't order any. My soul and my vessel deserve the best of the best and I never accept less. I am so grateful that spaddys truly lifted my vibration so high. High enough to where it made me realize my worth and what I deserved. Spaddys has such a great vibe and space and clientele. Plenty of shade and fans to keep you cool. They have vegan food too and the best Cuban bread ever! (I am Cuban so I can say that :)) I appreciate everything this place and the crew have given me. I had a great experience there. I ordered a cortado and it was bold and richly brewed--like I like it. If the weather is nice, this is a great place to meet up for morning coffee. You order from a food truck and then can sit at the outdoor picnic tables nearby. It was pet- and kid-friendly, which I appreciated, with a causal neighborly vibe.
