Beyond the menu, it's the atmosphere that brings it all together. The staff is consistently warm and welcoming, striking that rare balance of professional expertise and genuine hospitality. It feels like a neighborhood staple that doesn't compromise on high-end quality. Pro Tip: If you're in the neighborhood, don't just pass by--make it a destination. It's the kind of place where you come for the coffee but stay for the second pastry you didn't know you needed.

This place was so cute. Loved the aesthetic of everything. Clean colors, light, airy, and chic. The food was amazing, I had French toast, and so were the bakery items. We want to try everything! Although it took a bit long to get served, it was worth the wait, for sure!!

Great location right by young circle/arts park. Stopped by on a Sunday afternoon for some coffee. The place is beautiful - all the cakes looked amazing. We had Americanos and shared two pastries. The croissant was good but - the filling was great. Just wish the croissant itself was flakier as it was a little doughy. Overall it was a good Sunday treat.

I went here recently to check it out since I live downtown and noticed this cute new coffee shop had opened. Around 7:44, we ordered a pink matcha (which was an extra charge), a hot chocolate, and an espresso through the ordering screen. After ordering, the only employee working--a short, slim blonde woman--told me they were out of pink matcha and only had blue. I said that was fine. She asked if the order was for here or to go, we said for here, and she made our drinks. Once we sat down, she informed us--along with another customer who had her child--that they were closing, while she was already counting the drawer. I found this distasteful, especially since we had just received our drinks and were told to order for here. Unfortunately, due to the service, I would not recommend this place. For a brand-new coffee shop, the experience was disappointing, especially after paying over $10 for a matcha that wasn't even the color I paid extra for (although it was cute).

Really wanted to like this cafe, sadly was disappointed. Stopped by around 4pm and was told croissants were sold out along with half of the menu. Ordered a poke bowl, and it was edible but I don't think should be on the menu for this cafe. The salmon was cut in an odd shape as if it was meant for a bagel lox instead of salmon chunks normally in poke. Which made it difficult to eat with a spoon. They also serve it with fruits?¿ I asked them to not include and when it came out it still did. Rice was also too soggy and no vinegar normally in sushi rice. It was just a very questionable bowl as if whoever added it on the menu never had poke before. For $22 it was very disappointing in taste and portion size. I also do not recommend the ube latte. I've had multiple ube lattes before since it is commonly used in Asian deserts/drinks. The ube syrup never dissolved no matter how much I tried to mix it in. It had a slimey consistency which made it difficult to drink. I ended up asking to change my latte at least after being disappointed with meal, and $7 coffee. The person who made my order insisted on remaking it, so I said sure. 2nd attempt she managed to dissolve the syrup but chunks of tiny bits were still there. Ended up wasting both cups with each taking 1 sip only. Aesthetics/setting was 5/5 and appreciated they had outlets at the booth areas for studying/work

I came here on a saturday. Before walking in, the front of the store was full of people chatting, dancing, vibing next to a DJ. It was nice to see but as first timers we didnt know if there was a host stand at the front that we were missing or it those people were waiting for a table (i dont think they were) so we awkwardly had to squish between them to walk in. The music was bumping so if you go on a saturday/sunday brunch, dont expect to chat with your friends. The food was honestly kinda pricey. We got a plate of cottage pancakes, containing 3 pancakes smaller than the palm of a hand with condensed milk, pistachio crumbs all around, and some strawberries and blueberries. The flavor combinations were good and the pancakes were interesting, but $17 for that i think is a bit overpriced for the amount. I saw a croissant sandwich was $16 I was shocked. TLDR, the food and ambiance are fancy, but the flavor and amount are overpriced imo.

We were looking for a good coffee shop and we found a gem here at Vanilla Cafe. I LOVED the tuna toast. It was the perfect high protein breakfast with the best flavor, light tasting and fully satisfying. We also tried the avocado toast and creamy fish omelette. Both were delicious, the pesto on the omelette was fantastic. We were very happy with our experience and will be back.

Amazing Croissant . Perfectly Balanced Cappuccino. I see some reviews on here mentioned that they ran out of croissants. Sadly these people don't get it. Many of the Cafes in South Florida even the high end ones don't bake the croissants in house. This is one of the few spots that bake croissants from scratch. Croissants are one of the most complex pastries to make I can say that because I bake croissants. Please understand that complexity comes with a cost. Pro tip if you want a good croissant arrive early approx 8:25am trust me freshly baked will beat day old stale croissants Everytime.

I really enjoyed my coffee this morning…read more The name "In Coffee We Trust" cracks me up. It's a cute little cafe in the lobby of an office building. It's very fitting, on theme, decorated for the holidays, the coffee tastes good, it's not wildly pricey, AND it's not ANOTHER Starbucks. It was my first time working in this building and I got here so early that I needed a cup of iced coffee. Salvador was so kind and sweet he put his heart into making my iced Carmel latte with almond milk. For paying a total of $6.21 I would say it's solid.

I was in the Hallandale area and wanted to work from somewhere before heading to a show and found this spot after a quick Yelp search! Upon arriving, it was definitely confusing. This location seems to just be for those in the office building because it is a bit hard to get to. The garage (very little amount of street parking is available) has a gate that looks like you can't get through but you can just drive up to it and it'll open. Then when you want to park, there's a "valet" waiting that you have to pay for even if they don't park your car, which was definitely very confusing to me... The actual coffee shop is on the second floor (I believe) and is surrounded by small offices. The cafe itself is nice with a decent amount of seating. The staff was friendly and the food and matcha were good. The cafe itself is good but the location is not the best.

There was no greeting, no check-in during the meal, and the service felt like it was simply taking our order and coming back with the check. The food was enjoyable, but the lack of hospitality really affected the overall experience. Sadly, we probably won't be back.

I ordered 2 milkshakes for my kids and an ice tea for me. The kids finished the milkshakes and were thirsty so I ask for water for them. The place was pretty empty when we came (2:40pm on a saturday!) even by the time we finished (3:50) there were still little to no people here. The attention was astounding!! Knife fell? Walked through the door and someone immediately peaked, greeted, and sat us. The food looked AMAZING and the flavor? I actually really really loved it. The waiter was sincere with opinions and recommendations and was attentive to our requests like a not too sweet drink and milk of choice. The food was a bit pricey but it was a good amount (definitely shareable for 2). There's an automatic 18% service charge so keep that in mind. When ordering water, they automatically brought 2 fijis of $4.50. Also a very small detail that's not too important, but it made it slightly hard to reading the menu how there's no commas in between listed ingredients. Everything else about the experience makes up for these things though. I definitely recommend eating here!
