I came in on Wednesday to get my eyelashes done by Racheal. You can tell she was very inexperienced…read morebecause she kept pulling my eyelids, pushing my eyeballs in and when the session was done my eyes were extremely irritated and watery. Although she had a good intention she totally shouldn't be a licensed lash person. I went home to see if the irritation would get better with time and the next morning I woke up with extremely swollen eyes. I checked to see the placement of the eyelashes and they have placed them basically in my water line not allowing my eye to breath. Additionally she placed a set of eyelashes on 2/3 of my natural lashes. I have seen my natural eyelashes are starting to fall and also my eyes just feel at extreme pain. I reached out to management and requested for them to remove them and have someone else place them again or that I would like a refund for this terrible work and they do not want to assist. PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS. As a business owner myself I hate to add these type of reviews however this does not show loyalty to their customers. And I am not going to spend a ton of money going to a better salon to get these eyelashes removed and replaced.
