She had to cancel an appointment twice this past week due to things that happen in LIFE and the person that answer the phone WAS EXTREMELY rude. If the owner is reading this post. Repeat clients are what makes your business profitable. People visit nail salons as a therapeutic moment of pampering. IT IS NOT OKAY, to judge or make someone upset because they can't make it, especially the elderly and especially someone that has been going there for the past 8 years. I was a customer of this salon for several years, however, after today, will not return. I had a 12:30PM appointment today. I called at 9:00AM to see if it was possible to make it 11:30AM instead. I was told that it was fine to come at 11:30AM. I showed up at 11:20AM and was told by the guy doing nails in front that I "should not have changed my appointment" because "she" had to leave to get her son and the person who answered the phone didn't know her schedule. He was annoyed at me?! WTF... I was so annoyed, and still am. I asked why someone didn't call me and he told the they didn't have my number. I responded that I gave my number when I made the 12:30PM appointment, did it just disappear? I walked out. I will not return. Love this place! Manicures, gel nails, nexgen, pedicures, waxing it is all amazing. The place is super, super clean. New pedicure chairs are extremely comfy. They use plastic every time someone gets a pedicure. All tools are sanitized. Everyone is very welcoming the second you walk in. They offer water all of the time. They have a hugeeee selection of gel polish, regular polish and nexgen colors. They make sure they get all of the new colors that come out. The nail techs here are all GREAT! I do not have a specific one I go to I love them all. When you can walk into a salon and pick any technician and know they are going to do a good job, that is AWESOME! Prices are great, location is great (right next to a delicious Chinese restaurant), friendly and clean. What more can a girl ask for?? read more

I have gone here for over a year and will never go anywhere else! I've tried other places and the service is never the same quality as when I go here. I've had my nails done by Thao, Tony, Thuy, and Tina and have never had a single issue with any of them. Everything is VERY sanitary, nail techs use new tools on every client, and everyone (especially Thao) is very gentle. If you pay with cash you get a discount every 10th visit on a punch card. One occasion my tip popped off after a few days and they immediately got me in right away and fixed it without any issue. The color on the nail is always slightly more pink than what is shown on the sample but that's my only very small complaint. I can't recommend this salon enough! read more

I've been coming here for pedicures once a week for the last month. I started because it was such a convenient location to my home and figured I would give it a try. I've read some of the reviews and some were just kinda way off base. Honestly it's very sanitary. They use plastic slip covers and sanitizer in each chair. Their instruments are autoclaved prior to be used on each individual and I personally think they do a nice job on the pedicures. The color selection is a bit lacking but they do have enough to satisfy. Garbage. We came here many times for services and it was fine. Nail supplies odor is very strong in here. My husband and I had appointments today, walk in and the bitchy tech that was at the front when we walked in said we didn't have appointments. When I gave her the person's name it turned out it was SHE who took my all and failed to write it down in their appointment book. I asked if we were will receiving treatments today and she wakes away and started working on someone else's nails. I asked 3 more times before she even bothered to look up, while all of the other patrons and her co-workers were staring, waiting for her reply. Someone else finally came over and said no one else could take us today. What the heck is that kind of behavior? None that we will put up with. I used to refer all my friends and coworkers to this salon, but sadly I can't tell anyone that TMT is good anymore. My mani pedi was nice, however they charged me $60 for a full set of acrylics and gels for my hands and a regular pedi. I left the salon with a noticeable line between the gel and my finger... After 3 days i could already see the separation between the gel and my cuticle. She did not push back my cuticles... so after a week my nails looked 3 weeks old. And after 3 days, they looked a week old. For $60 that's ridiculous. ALSO every single time i ask for short nails they tell me "short no pretty, you do long" they don't speak English well, and they always make my nails too long! One time i got a pedicure here and my toe got so Infected it was SWOLLEN. They don't clean their utensils, they file your nails with USED nail files (illegal and unsanitary). I tell them i want a certain shape, i show them a picture and everything and they still don't do it. They do whatever they want and expect you to pay. Acrylic fills are $18 and they used to be $10... and if you walk in, there's a 60% chance that the man sitting up front will say "we too busy!! You come back later!! Without even greeting me or offering to make me an appointment. The techs don't talk to you, its just awkward silence for an HOUR because they're slow and still do a botched job. The only thing i like about them is, they cut my toe nails straight... that's literally it. They never do a good job with my hands and they hate requests. I told the tech twice that my thumb nail was crooked and she didn't care. She also glued my nail on crooked. I stopped going to them. I found a new tech that SPEAKS ENGLISH and is happy to help. He company is called Vash nails. Its close to TMT but waayyyy better. I go to her now for all my mani pedi needs. read more

Very pleasant & happy staff with a smile on their faces. This is important to me because I like to be taken care of by someone who is happy with what they do, not miserable all day just collecting a paycheck. They were very polite and asked questions along the way to make sure my nails look just how I like. Great color selection (they are just starting NexGen so this collection is a little limited, about 30 colors). I was put with Tina who is very sweet and works really well. She's quick but with lots of attention to detail. My pedicure was fantastic, from the water temp, to my nail length, the hot towel, and massage, it was an all around great experience.
