I got my hair done by Madison today and she made sure to talk to me at the beginning of our appointment about what I was hoping for. She's super professional and has an amazing personality, after explaining what I didn't like about my old color, she talked me through what she was hoping to do to my hair and everything turned out so much better than I could have imagined! I will definitely be coming back to get my hair done by her again. They even showed me some different extensions I was looking into and gave some really good advice on what I could get done in the future. This salon also has a coffee and little snack bar in the waiting area with some real plants throughout the building making it feel super welcoming! read more

Kelly Greer is amazing! I have had very bad luck with hair stylists in this area for about three years now. I have had my hair fried with bleach, ripped at and broken by a heavy handed hair brush, and horrible horrible color and cut jobs. I'm in the process of fixing the damage and growing my hair back out. Luckily, I found Kelly and explained to her my situation and hair goals. I felt like she really listened intently and cared about what I would like to see done to my hair even in the far future. Appointments being cancelled is frustrating! I have gone to Kelly for two years now. She is great at what she does, but after several times of cancelling scheduled appointments on the same day, oftentimes just an hour or two before a scheduled appointment, the poor customer service has forced me to look elsewhere. The frequent cancelling of scheduled appointments is poor customer service. read more

I was going to Katie for a year, when she didn't own this salon yet. Then one bad day she attempted to remove temporary color from my hair with a bleach bath, damaging my hair. She offered an Olaplex treatment, but an apology. I paid her over 1k in the last year for my hair and now it's toast, so I'm pretty mad. She is artistic and very creative but she needs to listen to her clients more. I lost my trust in her abilities so I'm gone. read more
