There is about 10-13 chairs, a TV, and a snack area in the waiting room. For the snack area, they have a coffee machine, sodas, and a basket of variety snacks. At 1:02pm, I heard the front desk make an announcement to someone that the 1pm is here. My technician came at 1:04pm. He told me it would be about a 3 hour wait but would try to see if it would be closer to 2 hours. I ended up going for a walk on the greenway that's close by. At 2:30pm, I received a call that my car was ready. After getting the call, I headed back. I checked out with the receptionist to pay my deductible since my insurance covered the rest. I was told not to wash my car for 2 days. The technicians and receptionists were friendly. Service was prompt. I have no complaints!
