After I was checked in, I was told to hold onto my keys and that a technician would come and get my keys from me. I went and sat in the waiting room. There were 2 other people also waiting. There is about 10-13 chairs, a TV, and a snack area in the waiting room. For the snack area, they have a coffee machine, sodas, and a basket of variety snacks. At 1:02pm, I heard the front desk make an announcement to someone that the 1pm is here. My technician came at 1:04pm. He told me it would be about a 3 hour wait but would try to see if it would be closer to 2 hours. I ended up going for a walk on the greenway that's close by. At 2:30pm, I received a call that my car was ready. After getting the call, I headed back. I checked out with the receptionist to pay my deductible since my insurance covered the rest. I was told not to wash my car for 2 days. The technicians and receptionists were friendly. Service was prompt. I have no complaints!

Auto parts aftermarket replacement mirror was a fraction off, but they ordered a fitted mirror and installed it without needing to remove the original mirror and controls. They were kind enough to advise that it was an easy process if I wanted to replace the whole unit and showed me the easy access area, but I was happy to pay them to order do the replacement glass/mirror only. I had priced the whole unit on Amazon but I preferred to Keep the original equipment and just have them replace the glass.

I return two days later and was there three hours and still the recalibration was still undone. I express my extreme disappointment with the shop service and was told by the manager that yes they had fail in keeping me inform and how long I had been there. He stated that someone would call me and set-up a appointment. I waited for four days and noone called. I called and asked to speak with the manager and he wouldn't speak to me and told the counter worker to just setup an appointment. I paid almost $1400.00 dollars for this repair. My truck was In perfect condition before the wreck I waited for 3 months to get it back and then my husband noticed that the brakes were not acting right. The brake calipers had busted and also there was a leak in the transfer case. So once again I had to take it back and they had to evaluate it to see if it was wreck related. They claim it was not related to the wreck and accused us of messing with the brake hoses. They wanted to charge me $3000 for repairs. Once I declined they said that I had to pay $500 to be able to get my truck back because the problems were not related to the wreck. By the way the brake issues were from the wheel that was hit in the wreck and the initial issue when we took the vehicle in was that the 4-wheel drive was messed up. They are not honest and they are covering up problems they caused with my vehicle. In return I am out a lot of money because someone ran into my truck. They are not easy to deal with and they do not communicate well. This has been going on over a year now. When you repair a vehicle from a wreck it should be back to the original condition once repaired. That is not the case with Vann York and they will not own up to any of their mistakes. I have been a long time customer of Vann York and I will not ever make that mistake again. I've done the repairs myself with the RainX repair kit from Walmart for $15, and no one could tell where the chip had been after I did the repair. I should have done the repair myself - but sometimes, you run out of time, and you want to get the repair done before the chip starts fanning out. I was warned before the repair, that I would still see the chip, and also that the windshield may break because they have to drill it and just because it's been repaired, it may still fan out. With the kit you don't drill. You just follow the directions. They said it would take 30 minutes. They were done in 15. Quick $60 for them. Anyway - brand new car, and my eyes cannot seem to quit looking at this little spot on my windshield when I'm driving. But I was warned.
