I dropped my car off in the morning and specifically asked them nicely to not scratch my wheels since they are all black and brand new then I left. They had called me to let me know they had finished working on my car. I picked my car up and when I got home I realized they had completely scratch the inside of the lug nut hole, I had called them back and told them about it and they asked me to come back to see what I meant, when I got there a lady came out to look at it and I commented that they should've taken better care of my wheels like I specifically asked since they were brand new not even a day old and that they did not even align my vehicle, the lady then started to become very rude, I had asked for their corporates number, the individual that had worked on my car and for her name. She refused to give me any information and told me that I can just leave the property. I spent about $225 for everything and only got my tires balanced.
