I went to La Mer on the day before thanksgiving with an appointment. I didn't have to wait too long…read moreto be put in a chair and have my feet soaking. However, I waited long enough for the water to get cold. No problem, I know they're busy. My nail tech was funny and personable. I had my polish removed and cuticles (and some skin) trimmed. Then some leg scrub and lotion, then a hot towel. Then proceeded to paint my nails. Unfortunately, he didn't paint the ends of the nails. And I didn't notice until I was ready to leave. So I painted them myself. When I went to pay, I was shocked to be charged $35. Online their prices stated $18 for a basic pedicure. So I was pretty disappointed. The salon was extremely pretty and comfortable. But next time I'll check the prices before I get any service done.
