Wow. My wife was looking fOr a ffa at sole shoe to help her in her rehhab and PT. Picked this store since it's local. Great service and attention. She has an apparatus on her left foot which requiirea a larger than normal size. Went here last week to get shoes. I asked someone for a size and he said okay someone will get it & he literally asked me about 3-4 times what "what size again" it was frustrating! The girl who brought out the size for me helped me pick a size for daughter & this was the outcome of it. She's only 2 and has these big blisters from the shoes! When I called and spoke to a manager he basically said I couldnt return them and It sounds like I got a wrong size wtf?!? I was livid! Someone who works at the store told me to get the size I bought !!! He wasn't very helpful at ALL. Why couldn't he be more accommodating and return the shoe when they did this to my 2 year old?! He never acted put out for getting me about 12 pairs before I settled on a few pairs. Two were on sale! Yes! Everyone here has been pretty great. This is my go to vans but today was one of my best experiences. Even with the high volume of customers in the store the employees kept a good energy. It was the last day for the coupons they had and we had a lot of coupons and items over $500 . Cassidy was super nice and helpful and even when we trying to figure out how much we needed to spend to use the coupons she was patient and joyful. Go to another Vans store. The employees here are hardly of any help they're rude when you ask them for sizes in stock. Very slow! & Extremely Disrespectful I am of mixed race and my brother happens to look a lot different than I do due to our fathers, anyways long story short it was my nephew, him, and I who recently came here to buy my nephew some shoes. My two year old nephew started throwing a tantrum so I immediately took him outside the store to calm down as we were making our way towards the door the young asian man working the cash register turns to my brother and asks " how's your guys baby so white ? " IN FRONT of the male manager who has long hair. You would think the manager would step in and apologize. But instead they both just looked on like nimrods after my brother explained that Im his sister, they didn't even apologize then, instead now they were having a hard time understanding how we could be siblings. So here goes... We had some shoes for my son we needed to exchange. We checked what time they close at it said 8. Cool. It is 7, so we rush. Get my son ready and drive off..We get there at 7:35 and the store was already locked. The two guys working, glanced at us and looked back down. They did not even acknowledge us. If it says your store closes at 8, it does not mean you are packed and ready to go by 8. What it means is that you wait for customers to come in until 8! read more
