This Vans Outlet is super tiny small. So is the parking lot, but it's free. The employees are dope. The buy 1, get 1 half off deal is everyday. Recently, we came here for some school shoes for our kindergartener and first grader. The first grader stuck with some low classic black vans ($40) "that go with just about anything, Mom." The kinder kid is way more eccentric and found some low-profile David Bowie x Vans ($17.47 with BOGO deal). What a hidden gem, I love going to a place when the customer service is just above and beyond. It was my first time there and I was looking for shoes for my daughters. The gentleman had an employee bring all the size 10, 13's they had in the back so I can take a look at them. They were so helpful and I can't wait to go back. I came in today looking for a few shoes and glad I did. They currently have a "buy one get one half off" deal as the other reviews have mentioned (it's the boxes with the orange tags). I walked out with two nice pairs of Vans shoes for $52! What a steal. Was very pleased with the variety they had, and the easy access to the store. The parking lot is small, but this place was not crowded at all on a Monday afternoon. Much better than going to the mall and having to deal with the headache of parking, and finding the store inside. The first guy who I interacted with in the store behind the counter was a bit lifeless, but the second guy (who rang me up) was nicer and took care of me just great. Super small location! Located right in the same area as Alberts. Very limited parking. Small selection. It could be that because of the holiday season that there was less available than there should be. However, it looked like it was the size of a small convenience store that I cannot imagine it being better stocked than the one and only time I was there. I'm not too impressed with this Van's store... Most times I walk out empty handed. A lot of times I'll have a pair of shoes in my hand hoping, just *hoping*, that I'd find a pair to go along with their "Buy 1 Get 1 1/2 Off" crockery, but I end up putting that pair back and walking out... They *always* advertise the "Buy 1 Get 1 1/2 Off", but it's for certain shoes only, not for all the shoes. If the shoes have an orange sticker, then both of those shoes apply to the BOGO deal. If one pair of shoes has an orange sticker and the other pair a white sticker, the only way you can get the BOGO deal is if the orange sticker is less than the white sticker. If both pair of shoes have a white sticker, you're a$$ed out of the BOGO deal. The selection isn't all that great, either. Some of the shoes look old and used, but I'm sure it's just from the all mishandling and disorganization... Of all the times I've been here, I've maybe made two purchases. This store is hit or miss, but if you're willing to dig and persevere, you may walk out with a nice deal. There are really cheap shoes and some regular floor-priced selections as well. The cheap ones seem cheap, but there is a good selection and there are cute styles although maybe just a bit dated. The staff was very helpful and willing to go back and forth fetching sizes for me and my sister. You don't get that a lot around these parts, especially from teenaged workers. I was impressed. As soon as I entered we were greeted with welcomes , everyone was so helpful and willing to assist , everything was clean and organized, their sale posted was 50% on BOGO off on regular priced shoes which were less then my usual $80 to $90. $60 and below were the usual price range anything after would be the 50% . I sent sometime trying to choose from a variety of SK8-Hi , so like I said before everyone was so helpful , they didn't mind going back in forth looking for me the sizes I needed, so I was very satisfied with my purchase leaving with shoes for me and my daughter totaled price for both shoes and socks $98. So as if 2020 couldn't get worse with all it's obstacles and issues, I found out at almost the age of 30 my foot grew a size! Yay me...not! For the longest time as a teenager growing up with a size 13 foot, it was incredibly hard to find shoes that I liked and would fit me in stock at most Vans stores. Well fast forward to today, they have tons of variety and styles in 13 that made shoe shopping easy. Well as of this year I moved up a size to 14! Which is baffling to me as I don't know how someone's foot could continue to grow, but mine sure as hell did! So now having to buy an all new set of Vans I came to this outlet which is small, but has a variety of cool shoes. I was helped by two awesome employees, Ernie and one other girl that worked there(sorry I didn't catch your name but you are awesome!). I got one pair of regular priced shoes and one on the bogo 1/2 off deal! How cool is that? Although it did take a while to find certain styles because of my foot size. However they were there helping me every step of the way, made sure I was taken care of and made sure I left happy. This place is great. I walked out with 4 great pairs of Vans this morning for $80 including tax. I would have bought 5 but this place is set up for buying even numbers for best value and i couldn't find 6. It is an outlet so sizes and styles are limited, but there is plenty to choose from. The staff was very helpful and friendly and found us some shoes in their back stockroom that made my daughter very happy. I had to make an exchange for some Vans I purchased online and so I stopped into my local Vans outlet in Norwalk. I was immediately greeted by a super nice guy named Adrian. The exchange items I needed were not available at the Norwalk store and Adrian right away offered to call other Vans stores to locate what I needed. He found what I needed at another local store (Lakewood) and he called them, confirmed the items, and had them prepare my return. When I arrived at the Lakewood store I was quickly greeted by another great associate, I think her name is Madi. I gave her all of my info and she quickly and politely retrieved my exchange items. She confirmed the items and sizes with me and we made the exchange, easy peasy. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes! I want to add that ALL of the Vans associates at both stores were really friendly. Vans hires THE BEST customer service peeps! read more

I love Vans shoes. They're stylish but most importantly, super durable and can fit a lot of different types of feet. One of my boys has long, slender feet and the other has short, thick feet. I've been to this outlet 3x and always find something for both of them. Some of the shoes are still a bit pricey but they offer BOGO 1/2 off on all their stuff and for the quality, I'm willing to pay a little more. First off this store should NOT be labeled as an outlet..I use to shop here at least twice a month and walk out with 2 pair of vans for $60, now however the prices are ridiculous! Also you canNOT get just any shoe 50% off it must be ONLY those UGLY shoes on sale in which some of those shoes are priced higher than the original pair I was going g to buy. This place was a little tight squeezed and a little hot and humid in there... they had an okay selection and pretty decent prices, I picked up the Rowleys, they're a little snug, but they're styling. Walked in because I was curious on how much of a discount this Vans Factory Outlet offers and I was hoping to find a pair of shoes I've been looking for. They do have lots of different kinds of Vans for all sizes. They also have clothes and bags and accessories. The only reason why I gave them a 3 star rating was because you're basically buying the first pair of shoes for almost full price then you get the second pair at 50% off.
