They really did help us look for a certain pair of jeans, and the guy was so cool and friendly. Prices are reasonable and are around the same amount as some other stores. Umberto and his staff urgently got me fitted with a Wool 2 piece (tailored to fit), silk shirt, a tie, and hankie for only $1,900. In less than 2 hours I walked out with all of my problems solved. Mind you I have never bought a suit so I don't know if this is a good price, but considering the rush job i asked for, the great customer service, and a great looking suit I'm sure they could have gotten me for $3,000 if they were dishonest. The problem is coming from the most terrible customer service I have ever experienced. I picked up a pair of boots here a little over a year ago, and about 5 months in, the sole of one of Jen started to come apart. No big deal - things happen. I brought the boots in several months ago, probably early January if not earlier for repair. They said no problem, and sent it to their shop and said it would be ready in a couple weeks and that they would call me when I could pick them up. Seemed like a bit of a wait, but ok. A couple months later, I decided to call and see where they were at. "Still not ready, we will let you know." A couple weeks after that, I go into the store. You'll never guess: still not ready. I called almost a month later. Still not ready. At this point, I have had enough and ask for my boots back. They say they will have to make some calls and they will call me back within a day. A week and a half later, and I haven't heard back and now can't even get a hold of them. I paid over $300 for a pair of boots that started falling apart in less than a year, and it has taken 4 months (and counting) to repair them and now I can't even get them back or get a hold of the people at the shop. She helped us find the perfect tux, and her support didn't stop there, she guided us through fittings, accessories, shoes and alterations, making sure everything was just right. I have custom hats from Gladys Tamez Milinery and if you're not looking for custom hats that come with that custom hat price tag, this store offers a good selection at a fair price for the quality. I was told they offer hat care services as well, in case you need the crown to be remolding or some cleaning. You can purchase a hat box as well for $10 which I appreciated since many stores don't really offer hat boxes unless it's a Hat store or a milinery. The customer service was great. The guys were really helpful in finding the sizes I needed and sharing any of their knowledge on the hats they had. Parking there is in the parking structure and it's free for the first 90 minutes. Her and Chelsea came over a few times to check on my progress to see if I wanted any different colors or sizes in what was picked out for me. One of them also mentioned that with the pair I end up picking I get a free hem to help get the length just right for me! I was instantly sold on the curvy flare jeans once I knew I could get them hemmed for my short legs. Once they pinned my pants to be ready for the hemming, I checked out and they let me know when they'd be ready for pick up. A few days later I got a call they were ready and when I went to pick them up I was greeted with a smile by Brianna again!
