We have NO clue why, but it seems I am the bad luck photog. BUT Cyndi has personally taken me on, and made sure that my orders come to me right the first time. This is amazing CS in my book. If there is a problem, they take care of it, and go above and beyond. The product is top notch! I LOVE. The prints, the blocks, and the pearl business cards!!! And the shipping is lightning fast!!! I had an excellent service experience with a helpful, dapper young man who really knows the product well. He directed me right where I needed to go, helped me select the size of frames best suited to my face, and outlined all the subtle differences between the different options of frames and lenses. Within 5-10 minutes I found exactly what I needed/wanted, and was out the door with the smile of Retail Therapy spread wide across my face! In the past, I hadn't looked to Sunglass Hut because I had the notion that it was an overpriced outlet. In actuality, the prices were exactly the same as on Ray-Ban's website and other online retailers, but with the added perks of an excellent warranty and service program; it included warranty against damage, free cleaning, and help with repairs. It was a superior customer service experience and I am fully satisfied! I wouldn't hesitate to go back when the need arises in the future.

The job they did was excellent and they did the work in one day!! For shoe repair it can easily take two weeks. Price was spot on for repair of this kind compared to west coast and Texas. They told me that for future shoes, they could build up the needed 3/4" on the whole shoe. It is great to find a business with this amount of talent.

I have a nice leather jacket that I haven't worn in years because the zipper was damaged. Didn't really know where to take it for repair, so I started by going to a nearby tailor shop. They looked at the jacket and said they can't do it because their equipment would not be able to handle the thickness of leather. Then another customer that was in the shop chimed in and suggested that I try a leather/shoe repair shop. I called Lyndhurst luggage and they said "yes, bring it in!" I brought it in and explained what I needed done and they said come back to pick it up next Monday. Indeed, it was ready. The zipper is a little sticky, but they did say that it's because it's new and that it should loosen up with break in. Also, I thought a little pricey - $60 for zipper replacement, but I have no basis for comparison, so what do I know? All I know is that I'm so glad to be able to use this jacket again.
