That alone says a lot about the kind of people you're dealing with. On our most recent visit, Maroon spent a great deal of time with us and even stayed several hours after the shop had closed. He made sure everything was looked at carefully and that we understood what we had and the value of it. I've seen comments from people saying Maroon can be rude, but that was absolutely not our experience. He was friendly, straightforward, patient, and extremely generous with his time. We worked with the other two associates as well, and they were just as welcoming and knowledgeable. The shop is also easy to find, right off Lorain Road in North Olmsted. We wholeheartedly trust the people at Carat Coin and wouldn't hesitate to go back. I went back into his shop on Monday and he explained what the coins were worth (at market rate). He was also very upfront and transparent on his fees (which ended up being around 10%).
