Now, to the cons: - I have had a couple of gel manicure that peeled off within a day or two. - many of their nail polishes are old, and you can tell that by the consistency of the polish, or by the fact that it indent within a few hours of application. - I have also had regular nail polish applied that would literally peel off like a sticker and then a couple of hours of application. - I was also surprised that they stopped offering the paraffin wax dip for regular manicures. I really loved those. - they charge +$1 for every extra color they apply for children. I think that's crazy! If your kid wants 5 colors applies, for example, that is $5 extra! I hope they get their act together because they were really good and their technicians are good for the most part.

I was offered tea during my visit and a heated neck wrap during my pedicure. There was also a visible difference in the texture of my skin and was pleased with the results overall. She knows exactly how I like them, and I rarely need to ask for adjustments. Unfortunately, my recent experiences with other technicians have been much less consistent. Today, I had a pedicure with French tips, and I noticed that the polish on two nails was already lifting. I politely asked if those two nails could be fixed, and the technician corrected them to a point where I was satisfied. I wasn't asking for the entire service to be redone. What happened afterward was extremely disappointing. The manager pulled me aside and told me that she had reviewed my appointment history and noticed that my services tend to take longer than the allotted time. She suggested that, going forward, they could skip portions of my service, such as the scrub or massage, to save time. Throughout the conversation, she repeatedly emphasized that she was the manager. I found the way this was handled very disappointing. When you pay for a service, you are absolutely entitled to politely ask for something to be corrected if there is an issue or if it isn't what you requested. That is not being difficult; it's part of receiving a service and wanting to be happy with the finished product. I was asking for two nails with lifting polish to be fixed, not asking for an entire service to be redone. I also found the discussion about appointment times frustrating because the time reflected in an appointment history isn't necessarily the amount of time a technician is actively working on a customer. I get regular polish and sit to let it dry before leaving so I don't ruin the service I just paid for. A few additional minutes can also naturally occur when a technician makes an adjustment or gets up to get something. I spend around $120+ every time I come here before tip. At that price point, I expect quality work and good customer service. I don't think it's unreasonable to expect my nails to be done the way I requested, or to ask for a small correction without being made to feel like an inconvenience or like I'm being watched on a stopwatch. After this interaction, I will not be returning. My friends and family who also patronize this salon will be taking their business elsewhere as well. I would strongly encourage the owners to personally read the reviews from customers who have had negative experiences rather than relying solely on management's perspective. I hope ownership takes this feedback seriously and understands why a longtime customer who has spent thousands of dollars here no longer feels comfortable returning.

I've only done SNS and the wide selection of colors that they offer here are unbeatable! They also have a variety of gel and regular nail polishes as well. My nails usually last a minimum of 3 weeks without chipping. The salon itself has beautiful decor, is clean, and has great customer service from the nail techs to the cashier.
